Hotel muy completo
Pros:

Genial la estancia. Desayuno muy completo. Además nos quedamos sin batería en el coche y nos ayudaron a solucionarlo muy amables. La habitación bonita y amplia. Todo limpio

Hotel zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie – był ładny, czysty i zadbany, a obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Pokój był przygotowany i wysprzątany, śniadania były smaczne (z możliwością wyboru spośród czterech sposobów przygotowania jajek), a personel bez problemu zorganizował transfer na lotnisko na następny dzień. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny

Cons:

jedynym drobnym minusem był brak lodówki w pokoju, ale nie miało to większego wpływu na komfort pobytu.

All that glitters is not gold
Pros:

The building is really nice. We booked mega suite, which had an amazing look n decor.

Cons:

The morning staff at breakfast was rude, and the night staff didnot know anything.
The shower drain of their best room wasnt working at all, and when we complained we were told there is nothing that can be done. I can only imagine what other room would be like.
The tissue box was empty, the room service was next to nil, had to go down twice to get stuff. No ironing facilities, no coffee or eating facilities at night.
The light went for off in the middle of the night.
Their card reader wasnt working during the whole stay.
