Una sorpresa eccezionale!
Pros:

Posizione veramente grandiosa, a pochissimi passi dalla piazza centrale e da diverse attrazioni e vie principali. Spazi molto ampi, sia in reception e sala comune, sia nelle camere. Dormitorio femminile ben curato, moderno, con spazi ampi e pulitissimi. Apprezzatissima l'idea di applicare una tenda ad ogni letto, che consente di isolarsi da luce non desiderata, ma anche di avere una parvenza di privacy.
Lo staff è estremamente formale, molto diverso da quello che solitamente si trova negli ostelli (più amichevoli e simpatici), ma comunque resta sempre professionale.

Cons:

Non ho apprezzato che la richiesta del letto basso per motivi fisici fosse a pagamento e che il costo variasse da una comunicazione all'altra (ma nulla di eccessivo, si tratta di 1 e 2 euro!)

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and efficient and location is perfect at a great price. Free welcome drink was a nice surprise.

Odd smell in reception area/bar and TV did not work.

Overnight at LATROUP
Pros:

Good location for railway station and city centre . Large sitting area.

Cons:

We couldn’t turn off reading lights and bedside lamps without removing door card. This meant we couldn’t charge phones etc
