Quand l’élégance et l’évasion sont au rendez-vous
Pros:

La suite correspondait parfaitement aux caractéristiques et était très spacieuse.
La beauté du bâtiment.
L’excellent repas préparé au Bistro de La Lomme.

Great experience
Pros:

This is a completely different experience vs standard hotels. We stayed in a garden balcony suite, which actually is a renovated old stable. Modern design, spacious, very comfy for a family. Marvelous views from huge windows over the trees. Delicious breakfasts.
You’ll find 2 restaurants in the Mirwart village, one of them O55 - highly recommend. Nearby the Caves of Han.

Cons:

The only little thing is that the hotel doesn’t operate through Mon-Wed, otherwise all perfect!👌

Pros:

Le chateau est magnifique.
C'est un endroit idéal pour y passer un séjour.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables.

Rapport qualité/prix ca vaut le coup car l'emplacement est très calme.

Idéal également pour y faire un shooting photo. (En ayant l'accord préalable du chateau).

Bornes à disposition pour ceux qui ont un véhicule éléctrique.

Petit déjeuner très bon. Il ne manquait de rien.

Cons:

Je trouve le personnel inexistant par rapport au Standing du chateau.

J'ai dû attendre plus de 15min pour avoir une personne à la reception afin de revevoir la clé de la chambre (alors que le check-in a été fait en ligne pour (j'imagine) gagner du temps)

J'ai mis en charge mon véhicule éléctrique et mon cable est resté bloqué dans la borne.. J'ai dû partir du chateau en laissant mon cable accroché.
Après 10 appels téléphoniques sans réponse, on me recontacte pour me dire qu'ils vont regarder pour régler le problème... Sauf que je n'ai eu aucun suivi à ce sujet...

À mon retour au chateau (1h du matin), j'ai trouvé mon cable en dessous du bureau de la réception...

Ce n'est pas grave en soi mais au minimum un message pour m'avertir que le problème est réglé et que je peux le reprendre à mon retour...

Pros:

Chambre super, tout confort. Petit déjeuner varié et frais. Dommage nous n’avons pas été prévenus que la cuisine était ouverte ni que des boissons chaudes étaient disponibles.

Top verblijf in een onwaarschijnlijk mooi kasteel
Pros:

Het kasteel is tot in de kleinste details gerestaureerd en ademt terug de grandeur van weleer uit! De kamer was top en zeer mooi ingericht.
Locatie is perfect voor het maken van mooie wandelingen in de omgeving.

Cons:

Hoewel het dinner in het gastronomisch restaurant lekker was, hadden wij er toch net iets meer van verwacht. De attitude van de chef-kok is niet altijd even klantgericht.
