The room was huge and clean, breakfast was very good. our room had a fantastic view of the valley.
There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee.

1.Немного нужно проследить с сыростью на ресепшене( возможно это конечно произошло из-за большого количества снега и что-то где-то произошло) и был запах сырости - В номерах НЕ БЫЛО!!!
2. И хотелось конечно же чтобы бассейн работал круглогодично❤️

Красивый, уютный отель с живописной локацией и видом на ущелье, от которого мурашки по коже - красота неописуемая, это стоит увидеть!
Завтрак - восхитительный, такого разнообразия мы не видели ни в одном отеле Армении, а бывали мы во многих. Очень вкусный, большой и эффектно подаётся, на круглом столе как на барабане из российской теле-передачи "Поле Чудес" - мы знатно повеселились с ним, спасибо за эти эмоции!
Также отдельная благодарность менеджеру и официанте, Кристине и Гаянэ, и милому мужчине на ресепшене, который нас заселял, за их безмерную доброжелательность, отзывчивость и улыбчивость. Кристина даже провела нас посмотреть бассейн - он шикарен, и вид оттуда отличный, обязательно заселимся ещё раз, чтобы в нём поплавать!
Два дня, которые мы провели в этом отеле, оставили наиприятнейшее послевкусие на всю неделю вперёд! Спасибо Вам огромное ещё раз - так приятно получить настолько качественный сервис в несезон, очень впечатлило, обязательно вернёмся и не раз - ждите нас!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went way beyond their responsibilities to help us with issues not related to the hotel whatsoever. I was told about Armenian hospitality - this is it.
Also the best location in entire city.

- The highest point was the breakfast, very very good.
- The personnel is very kind
- The room we got was huuuuge
- We booked last minute so that might be the reason but room was not very warm when we arrived and in the morning was still kinda cold.
