The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went way beyond their responsibilities to help us with issues not related to the hotel whatsoever. I was told about Armenian hospitality - this is it.

- The highest point was the breakfast, very very good.

- We booked last minute so that might be the reason but room was not very warm when we arrived and in the morning was still kinda cold.
Location
It was dirty, a lot of insects in the room, the smell of the toilet was so bad, and the room wasn’t warm. The sheets are too old and yellowish already.
We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!
Mattress was awful - one could feel the metal springs in it while lying. There was hot water in the shower, but no hot water in the sink.
The staff were very pleasant, with a special mention for Christina at the front desk who was extremely helpful and offered local advice. The breakfast had a good selection, and the hot options varied daily. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to most local attractions. The views from the hotel were wonderfully scenic. In Jermuk, the air is very fresh, and the climate during our stay was perfect, with hot and sunny days ranging from 22-25 degrees. Due to the altitude, the temperature drops in the evening, so packing a light jacket or pullover for the summer months is advisable.
I liked the hotel and its location; however, I have some suggestions for improvement. The green space between the main hotel and the annex lacks lighting in the evening, despite the presence of non-functional lights. Additionally, the bar was closed. If the green area were lit and the bar opened, it would create a pleasant social space for guests to unwind in the evening.

At the first, room was a little cold
Wonderful hotel in wonderful place. We checked into the hotel in the evening and there was no one at the reception except the security guard. he was very nice and gave us the keys to our room and a kettle, and in the morning we officially checked in. Since we were in Dzherik off-season, they changed our room for free to a suite with a magnificent view.
Best view in Jermuk 🤭 nice personal. Tasty breakfasts.

Good Wi-Fi
The only negative is that the room was very cold in the evenings. But apparently the point is that it’s not the season and the full heating hasn’t been turned on yet, and the air conditioning couldn’t cope.
But this is fine.
