Gute zentrale Lage, für eine Nacht machbar
Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Parkplätze vor Ort. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Der Eingang war sehr schlecht und für ältere Leute nicht gut erreichbar (Treppen, eng). Die Zimmer waren sehr staubig, Gläser dreckig. Es gab keine Fernbedienung.

Douche bouchée à notre arrivée (mais problème rapidement résolu), entrée par la porte arrière un peu "surprenante".

Oude, krappe kamer, wat je niet verwacht in een Van der Valk hotel.
Geen plek om fiets te parkeren, alleen in een onbewaakte parkeerkelder voor auto's.
Tot 23:45 uur harde muziek van de kermis en om 4:30 uur gewekt door enorm harde muziek. Recht onder de kamer (in een restaurant) was er een feest van personeel van dat restaurant dat dronken terugkeerde van het uitgaan. De vloer trilde mee met de beat! De receptie opgebeld, maar die deed daar niks mee en is er ook niet op teruggekomen met excuses.

Manque de transparence et communication avant et pendant le séjour.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Pas de petit déjeuner, aucune information à la réservation qu'il faut passer par le Van Der Valk pour récupérer sa carte, ni que le petit déjeuner n'est plus sur place comme par le passé. Il nous a fallut 40min et plus de 3 aller/retour - et recevoir une chambre sale et pas refaite -, entre la Tonnellerie et l'accueil du Van Der Valk car les cartes étaient pas configurés pour les bonne chambres.

Dreadful….. they should be ashamed of there standards

Room was really grubby it was like staying in an hostel and spider webs just very poor standards, and the smell of dead mice or rats and I know that smell as we own and manage farms all over the uk !!!! Crazy

Manque d'ergonomie et d'aménagements afin de rendre le lieu plus accueillant.

Proximité avec les thermes de Spa, lits confortables, sanitaires propres, chauffage fonctionnel.

Cons:

Coins au niveau du sol poussiéreux, mauvais agencement des prises de courant (obligé de tirer le meuble avec la machine à café à l'opposé de la pièce, en face de l'armoire à vêtements, afin de pouvoir la brancher car pas de prises de courant à l'endroit où elle se trouvait de base), devoir entrer par la porte arrière du bâtiment (assez spécial...).

No complaints since we had absolutely no security problem or any major issue staying at this hotel. Location is excellen

Location was superb, room was spacious and clean

Cons:

The entrance was back of the building, no lift-so pulling luggage up the staircase and dragging down while leaving - is difficult, an excellent breakfast facility available but in the adjacent hotel
