Pros:

Rooms were very good, clean and modern. Plenty of room.
Can't comment on staff because there were no staff. You have to pick up a key at the neighboring large hotel next door. Good location near restaurants.
Very very quiet. Almost no noise and I slept with window open.

Cons:

Our Commentator for British GT's at Spa Francorchamps couldn't sleep because of the loud music and noise from the Hotel Party going next door. on his first night's stay so we were booked in till Sunday and ended up booking our Commentator into Hotel Silva Balmoral for the rest of the weekend.

Hotel was niet proper, vuilbakjes niet leeggemaakt, vuile vloeren, … Onveilige situatie om binnen te kunnen via de achteringang. Neen, niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

Comfortable Stay in Spa
Pros:

Room was comfortable, although I couldn't figure out how to turn on all the lights! Bed was very comfortable. Decoration was interesting, and obviously each room was bespoke. Breakfast was very good and tasty.

Cons:

Requirement to go next door for check-in was a little bit of a hassle. Breakfast, while good, was overly expensive. Getting to the rooms from behind the building was a challenge.

propreté de la chambre , nous avons trouvé des crasses sous le lit !!!!!L entrée de l hotel est vraiment horrible je ne comprends pas qu on mette une entrée par l arrière , escalier horrible franchement honteux et sale

das Hotel La Tonnellerie, hat keinen direkten Ansprechpartner, man geht zum Van der Valk Hotel, soweit so gut....
der Eingang befindet sich hinter dem Gebäude, es geht über eine bessere Hühnerleiter bis zur Eingangstür..Moderiger Geruch begleitet einen die Treppe hinauf zum ersten Stock wo unser Zimmer sich befannt... 2 Erwachsene mit Hund grosse Valise eine Zumutung.. Das Zimmer an sich ok, aber nicht korekt sauber gereinigt...

Good location for visiting Spa
Pros:

The entrance of the hotel was not ideal ,we were not aware until you get there.There were two unsafe little stairs to climb prior to reaching the rooms ,an unpleasant smell gets to you as you climb.

Cons:

The stairs and the off putting smell.

Gute zentrale Lage, für eine Nacht machbar
Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Parkplätze vor Ort. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Der Eingang war sehr schlecht und für ältere Leute nicht gut erreichbar (Treppen, eng). Die Zimmer waren sehr staubig, Gläser dreckig. Es gab keine Fernbedienung.
