Relaxing weekend at the mountain
Pros:

Big room (one bedroom apartment), confortable beds, very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and the bonus was the free parking available at hotel. The view from balcony was amazing. The location is perfect, 5 min till Gondola. We will return here for sure.

Pohodový a klidný pobyt
Pros:

Vybrali jsme si pokoj v podkroví a byl opravdu skvělý. Prostorný, čistý, tichý. Výborná komunikace jěště před rezervací, rychlé odpovědi, nabídka řešení situace. Celkově prostředí hotoelu bylo velmi sympatické a přátelské. Parkování zdarma byl příéjemný bonus. Ochotný personál, dobrá hotelová restaurace, klidná horská vesnička která nabáda k prodloužení pobytu a užití si krásného prostředí.

Cons:

V hotelu bylo vše v pořádku, není co vytknout. Výhrady by byly v organizaci "okolních atrakcí". Dělali jsme výstup na horu Vihren. Způsob příjezdu a parkování bylo ve velmi "bulharské stylu". Pokud by se podařilo hotelu okolní atrakce hostům více přiblížit, pomoci jim s vysvětlením, jak fungují, bylo by to skvělé.
