Likely best during the winter time.
Pros:

This place met all our needs the room was a good size and the staff were helpful.
Clearly Bankso is a ski town and I think we were the only people staying at the hotel so the hotel and somewhat the entire town seemed a bit deserted. The place has a very "ski town" vibe to it, signs up to not bring your ski boots into the room, etc.. Our room was on the top floor, nice wood beams and very large, they offered us an upgrade with a balcony room when we checked in but we declined, in hindsight we should have accepted as while our room was good, we had no view and I'm sure the balcony room would have. We did eat at the restaurant one evening and it was good and the staff were kind.

Pros:

Мне нравится этот номер.Я третий год отдыхаю в этом номере..Отличный вид на горы.Два балкона,один в низу закрытый от дождя,второй на верхнем этаже с красивым видом на горы.Уютный большой номер.Есть кухонный уголк с холодильником,чайником,микроволновкой.Это важно ,так как мы отдыхаем по 2 недели .Два туалета.Ковровое покрыпие на1 и 2 этаже.

Cons:

Запах еды с ресторана при открытых окнах на 1 этаже.
Матрас,он местами продавленый.Утром побаливает спина.

Excellent place
Pros:

Great hotel, right next to the gondola and within easy walking distance to the old city. We got the upper room on floor 4, and it was big and beautiful, just a few steps up from floor 3. Good breakfast, private parking, everything was great

Relaxing weekend at the mountain
Pros:

Big room (one bedroom apartment), confortable beds, very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and the bonus was the free parking available at hotel. The view from balcony was amazing. The location is perfect, 5 min till Gondola. We will return here for sure.

Pohodový a klidný pobyt
Pros:

Vybrali jsme si pokoj v podkroví a byl opravdu skvělý. Prostorný, čistý, tichý. Výborná komunikace jěště před rezervací, rychlé odpovědi, nabídka řešení situace. Celkově prostředí hotoelu bylo velmi sympatické a přátelské. Parkování zdarma byl příéjemný bonus. Ochotný personál, dobrá hotelová restaurace, klidná horská vesnička která nabáda k prodloužení pobytu a užití si krásného prostředí.

Cons:

V hotelu bylo vše v pořádku, není co vytknout. Výhrady by byly v organizaci "okolních atrakcí". Dělali jsme výstup na horu Vihren. Způsob příjezdu a parkování bylo ve velmi "bulharské stylu". Pokud by se podařilo hotelu okolní atrakce hostům více přiblížit, pomoci jim s vysvětlením, jak fungují, bylo by to skvělé.
