Daha önce de birkaç defa kaldık.Tatyana güleryüzle karşıladı.Konumu çok güzel olduğu için yine tercih ettik.Temiz bir otel odamız hergün temizlendi.

Tatyana dışında yüzü gülen kimse yok.Bir sabah yağmur yagarken resopsiyondaki beye ” Yukarıda da yağmur yağıyor mu bizim için sorabileceğiniz bir yer var mı ?” diye sorduk.Ters ters google dan bakın dedi.Kahvaltı için alttaki restoranı kullanıyorlar.Vıctoria aksamları çok kalabalık ve tercih edilen bir restorant sabahları o kahvaltıyı hazırlamaktan bıkmışlar sanırım.Biz kahvaltı yaparken 10.01 de derhal topluyorlar.Garsonların aksam yemegindeki tavırları ile sabah tavırları çok farklı.Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir.Catı katındaki odada kaldık.Tuvaletteki koku çok rahatsız ediciydi.Eger ki kapıyı acık bırakırsanız tüm odayı berbat bir koku sarıyor.Mini barın dışına konmuş 2 suya ücret almalarını çok yadırgadım.Bu fiyata kalınacak çok otel var artık.Eskisi gibi değil.

Otel çalışanları harikalardı. Özellikle Tatyana hanımefendiye ilgisi ve işine hakim olması sebebiyle teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Otel çok iyiydi, ama Bansko kayak yapmak için berbat bir yer. Gezmek eğlenmek, y3m3k, içmek ok ama kayak mümkün değil. Pistler bakımsız, engebeli, çok iyi kaysaniz bile düşüp bir yerinizi kirmamaniz mucize. Zaten kirarsaniz da geçmiş olsun. Biz kırık bacakla Türkiye'ye dönmek zorunda kaldık. Röntgen çekecek radyolog, Alçı yapacak ortopedist yok zaten.En yakın hastane Razlog'da. Orası da Allah'a emanet. Yani Otel hariç, kabus gibi bir deneyim yaşattı bize Bulgaristan. Beklentimiz neydi, yaşadığımız neydi .Kalktık gittik o kadar yolu. Büyük hayalkirikligi.

Superb accommodation in an excellent location with friendly staff and great facilities.
Pros:

The location was superb, a stones throw from the gondola and ticket office an a short walk to the bottom of the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, having a heated underground car park included was a bonus particularly given the snowfall. The steam room/sauna was a lovely touch after a day on the slopes and breakfast was good, usual Euro buffet which was hot and filling.

Cons:

The room was super spacious however we weren’t able to control the temperature that well so at night it was super hot. We countered this by keeping the window open but being on the Main Street we were able to hear the bars/music.
