Pros:

Като цяло сме много доволни. Бяхме разменили кореспонденция относно паркомясто за колата ни и такова ни беше подсигурено. Стаята ни беше една от най-големите в хотела и беше почиствана всеки ден. При настаняването децата бяха посрещнати от малка изненада. Шумоизолацията беше на високо ниво и въпреки, че сме близо до лунапарк и площад, това не ни е притеснило по никакъв начин.

Cons:

Единствените неща, на които следва да се обърне внимание са, че няма как да се почистиш от плажа преди да влезеш в стаята, а това означава доста пясък и другото е мястото около басейна и ресторанта. Следобед е доста слънчево и мисля, че може да се направи по-приятно.

Spacious room with big bathroom. Pool is great and very clean. Good location, short walk to the beach. Staff were polite and professional.

Cons:

Room facing the pool was practically bright orange all day due to the sun and the pale short curtains and never got dark at night due to the constant lights at the pool throughout the night. We struggled to get our baby to sleep. We had to wear sleep masks.

Food was bland and boring. Not enough options. Dinners were equally sweaty and unbearable as the shade was non existent and umbrellas not positioned well to block off the evening scorching sun.

Breakfast and dinner should start early to make it more comfortable for families with small children.

Cleaning was missed one day and we had to specifically ask for it.

Hotel reception area needs a complete refurbishment. Felt very Soviet and dated.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Onyx Hotel. All personal var väldigt lyhörd, omtänksam och framför allt professionell. De gjorde verkligen allt för att vi skulle trivas. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet till andra gäster.

Хубав хотел, чист, просторен; услужлив и усмихнат персонал; близо до плажа; разнообразна и вкусна храна

Cons:

Не е минус, по-скоро на закуски и вечери можеше да е с талони/гривни, вместо постоянно да си казваме номера на стаята
