Fajne miejsce do zatrzymania się na odpoczynek z możliwością zwiedzenia twierdzy.
Pros:

Sympatyczny hotelik z własną restauracją obok czynną od rana do nocy (śniadanie, obiad, kolacja). Wszystko jest co potrzebne. Czysto. Bardzo życzliwy i uczynny personel. Możliwość skorzystania z hotelowego ogrodzonego parkingu. Kilkanaście minut spacerkiem do twierdzy.

Cons:

Personel powinien poprawić komunikację w jęz. angielskim - choć w dobie tłumacza w komórce, dało się domówić.

The hotel is a good place for a short-term stay. It is a 20-min walk from the central part of Vidin. But walking is always good to health. 😊 It has a restaurant. There is no problem with parking. The staff is kind and polite. Thank you. 😊

Schönes Zimmer, Personal - naja
Pros:

Lage ruhig, Zimmer schön wie auf dem Foto. Alles OK.

Cons:

Keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Sehr außergewöhnlich für ein Hotel. Dabei kann man in BG fast überall mit der Karte bezahlen.
Wir hatten keine Lewa. Braucht man doch nur auf dem Markt.
Also haben wir gefragt, ob wir mit Euro bezahlen können. OK. Also passend bezahlt. Eine Quittung konnte nicht gegeben werden. "Später bitte noch einmal fragen".
Später - angeblich Chef am Telefon - Quittung erst morgen früh. OK, wir sind geduldig.
Nächsten Morgen nach der Quittung gefragt. Die diensthabende Rezeptionistin "klar, kein Problem". Geht an einen kleinen Kassendrucker, tippt den Betrag ein und es gab eine Quittung. Und siehe da, wie fast überall in BG: Die Quittung in Lewa und darunter kleingedruckt der Betrag in Euro. Und was sagte das? Die Dame am Abend hat gleich mal zwei Euro aufgeschlagen. Wer nun noch denkt, sie hat das in die Kasse gegeben . . . Ich denke, es war ihre eigenen Kasse.

Pros:

The place is close to the Romanian border. We only stayed one night to rest. The property was tidy and charming, with free parking, and for an extra €5 it was also pet-friendly. The staff were wonderful and polite. Even though we arrived quite late, they kindly offered us dinner despite the kitchen being closed. I’d highly recommend it.

Добър и приятен малък хотел във Видин. Отлично съотношение между цена и предлаганото. Любезен персонал. Чисто. Подредено. Хотелът е стар, но поддържан. Собствен ресторант - с много вкусна пица на място! - хранителен магазин срещу хотела.
