Pros:

S-a încadrat în tradiționalul Bulgariei. Amplasarea într-o zonă liniștită a orașului, pe malul râului Osam.

Ще се върна отново!
Pros:

Много любезен персонал! Получих базплатен ъпргейд на стаята, която бях запазил. Така се озовах в просторна стая с камина и хидромасажна вана. Хотелът е разположен точно срещу река Осъм, далеч от трафик. Обичам тишината през нощта! Хотелът предлага такава! Разстоянието до центъра е около 10 минути пеша. Вечерях в механата. Кухнята е много добра, а обслужването бързо. Закуската е а-ла-карт с богат избор за всеки вкус. Количеството е повече от добро!

Cons:

Една малка настолна лампа на бюрото би била добре!

Stunning rooms
Pros:

Beautiful little hotel

Cons:

There wasn't any hot water in the evening to use the jacuzzi bath, was shown another room but it had an unpleasant smell of sewage, was offered a 3rd room but on ground floor so declined and waited to shower in the morning. The restaurant was closed in the evening.
I would have liked to.had the wood fire roaring, but the price was way too expensive to use it

Като цяло изкарването беше приятно и ако имам път към града ще имам предвид този хотел!
Pros:

Имахме приятен изглед към реката. Закуската беше чудесна, а персоналът любезен и отзивчив. В стаята имаше камина, подготвена за запалване. В допълнение - различни дърворезби и картини!

Cons:

Втората стая беше по-малка и с по-тясно легло, което не е комфортно за двама души, които не са двойка.

Хубав хотел на страхотна цена
Pros:

Закуската беше страхотна, отзивчив персонал, прекрасно разположение и много голяма стая.

Cons:

Парното в стаята не работеше, което не беше толкова голям проблем, защото имаше климатик, който затопли стаята повече от добре. В банята обаче беше доста студено, което за края на декември не беше много приятно.
