La hosteria es muy calida, el personal es super amable y simpatico. Las personas que te hacen el checkin/out hacen los desayunos. Este es muy rico y un punto muy bueno el desayuno. Tiene variedades de facturas,a veces cookies, tortas,etc,va rotando,acompañado de jugo y cafe/te.
La cama es super comoda, limpa, todo en perfecto estado.
La ubicacion esta buena si tenes auto,ya que queda alejada del centro, a la vuelta de Blest 4KM. En la misma manzana, tenes dos bares/restaurantes, 1 YPF y 1 supermercado.
La cochera super bien y segura.
Tenes una sola ventana que se abre un 30% del total, por ende corre muy poco aire. Fui en verano, y realmente hubiese dormido con ventilador/aire acondicionado.
Creo que por el precio, podrian poner una heladerita al menos,sobre todo para tener algo frio antes de dormir.
La habitacion tiene cama, 2 enchufes y la tele, nada mas. No tiene un armario, ni cajoneras.
We loved the personalised care, comfortable room and excellent breakfasts at this place. Great location in easy reach of town and other key spots. We had a bus stop close by, could walk to the teleferico for Cerro Otto, and had some excellent eateries nearby - a short stroll to dinner each night. Everyone went out of their way to look after us and ensure we had a great stay.

Melhor hospedaria que ficamos durante a passagem por Bariloche e região! Cama muito confortável e quarto limpo. Os donos atendem pessoalmente durante o café da manhã, que tem variedade e qualidade excelentes para atendimento pessoal. Fomos muito bem recepcionados e nos sentimos em casa. Se um dia voltar a Bariloche, certamente me hospedarei de novo na antu Kuyen.
Não é propriamente uma reclamação, mas você deve levar em consideração que a hospedaria está um pouco afastada do centro da cidade. Não atrapalha em nada se você for de carro, como, aliás, é o mais recomendado para visitar a região.

Nada me disgustó.
Nos gustó todo del alojamiento. La habitación y las camas eran muy cómodas. La zona es perfecta para descansar y salir hacia las principales excursiones de la zona. El desayuno es sencillamente perfecto, al igual que la atención recibida por parte de todo el personal. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
La atención de las personas que están en recepción, fueron muy amables, al contrario de los dueños.
La hostería me cobra, en MI TARJETA DÉBITO, un monto que dicen que era para validar la tarjeta para cobrar después, sin embargo lo que cobraron, y se cargo a mi tarjeta, no lo descontaron del total de la estadía. Cobraron mas de lo que costaba. Al plantear el problema, dicen que el dinero no les llegó, siendo que en mi cartola el pago inicial esta cobrado y no devuelto. Entones propio de gente ladrona mal intencionada. A los futuros pasajeros, no confíen y den tarjetas de crédito qué no puedan intervenir. Yo tuve que cancelar todas mis tarjetas como forma de prevenir. Muy mala experiencia en esta hostería. He ido 7 veces a Bariloche, porque es hermoso, pero la experiencia de esta vez ha sido pésima. Saludos.
Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable. El personal sumamente atento y dispuesto. El servicio fue excelente. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos . Es un lugar para recomendar por sus instalaciones, servicio y atención . Muy buena ubicación con vista al lago Nahuel Huapi.
La ubicación es excelente, la atención muy buena,El desayuno es muy rico. El personal siempre atento a darnos buenos consejos para nuestro intinerario. Todo muy aseado y muy agradable.

Very friendly staff that let us book in early. They also were so nice as to provide us with a lovely big breakfast bag for take-away, since our flight was very early in the morning.
The doors that had to be slammed to prevent the alarm going off and was sorry to bother travellers wanting to sleep late.
