Pros:

Ich war bereits im März mit meinem Husky Aragon hier und genau deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, wiederzukommen. Wenn man freiwillig ein zweites Mal dasselbe Hotel bucht, sagt das eigentlich schon alles.
Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann die Ruhe der Natur genießen und ist gleichzeitig hervorragend versorgt. Das Essen und die Getränke waren wieder sehr gut und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie eine Zimmernummer, sondern wirklich willkommen.
Für mich war besonders wichtig, dass auch mein Hund Aragon herzlich willkommen war. Das war nicht nur eine Regel des Hotels, sondern etwas, das man während des gesamten Aufenthalts gespürt hat. Als Hundepapa bedeutet mir das unglaublich viel und es ist einer der Hauptgründe, warum ich immer wieder gerne zurückkomme.
Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war wieder tadellos.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nur Kleinigkeiten.
Die Batterien der Fernbedienungen für die Klimaanlage und den Fernseher sollten regelmäßig überprüft werden, da sich beide Geräte nur schwer bedienen ließen.
Außerdem würde ich mir wünschen, dass das Hotelschlüsselsystem modernisiert wird. Eine Schlüsselkarte oder ein anderes modernes Zugangssystem wäre deutlich komfortabler, besonders für Gäste, die ihre Hände nicht uneingeschränkt nutzen können.
Und wenn ich noch einen Wunsch äußern dürfte: Eine Bar, die rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist, wäre an diesem wunderschönen Ort wirklich Gold wert. Nach einem langen Spaziergang durch den Kailaka-Park oder einem entspannten Abend auf der Terrasse wäre es großartig, auch spät in der Nacht noch die Möglichkeit zu haben, etwas zu trinken.
Ansonsten hatte ich erneut einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Location is next to the park and especially in the summer it's not too hot. Well maintained surrounding, swimming pool, polite staff, quite place.

Cons:

Public transport is not very convenient. There is a bus approximately once per hour. Bathroom facilities could be better.

Herşey çok eski, bakimsiz, komple elddn geçmesi lazım. Arkadaşlarım balkonlu oda tercih etti. Odada bir tane klima var balkonda 2 tane motor, balkon sadece bir tane sandalye koyabiliyorsun. Rezillik. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş odaları kontrol edeyim diyor, otelin %90'ı boş, buna rağmen en kötü odayı veriyorlar. Daha da yazacak bir şey yok.
