Amazing gem in the middle of the park
Pros:

I am leaving a maximum rating not only because of the great hotel in the middle of an excellent park, but because the owner has done more for the park and the community than any of the governors in the area in the last hundred years. We love you, Lyusi, and thank you!

Беше оборудвано с всичко необходимо.

Cons:

Давам ниска оценка, защото платих за нощувка, а реално не можах да спя. В хотела имаше бална вечер и след 2:30 ч. част от гостите се преместиха точно пред хотела – под терасата ми. Това, което последва, беше пълен абсурд. Един тийнейджър виеше драматично пред приятелката си, тя ревеше, после се появи майката, той започна да крещи брутално, за да я изгони, след което пак продължи с виковете и театъра. После дойдоха още хора и започна масово говорене. Чувствах се като статист в турски сериал – „Ферхонде изневери на Реджеп и той я хвана“. Абсолютен ужас.

Два пъти звъняхме на рецепцията с молба да вземат някакви мерки и да приберат гостите, но никой не реагира. Платих 80 евро за нощувка, но явно в цената е включен сън само до 2:30 ч. След това получаваш безплатно среднощна сапунена опера под прозореца.

И още нещо - изчистете си птичите гнезда от терасата на стая 203-та, защото от ровене и чуроликане на тези птици също не може да се спи при отворена врата. Да не говорим, че и мазилките от тавана на терасата падат върху главата ми.

Perfect location! We loved everything about our stay. The property is set in beautiful nature, yet it is so close to the city. Highly recommended

Cons:

As animal lovers, we truly appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly! However, it was disappointing to experience irresponsible owners leaving their dog alone in the room to bark for hours. We are very grateful that the hotel staff stepped in quickly and resolved the situation. This didn't affect our overall rating of the hotel itself.
