Cons:

Стаята беше цялата в паяжини, имаше мравки и оси.
Водата в басейна беше много мръсна. Душовете са в тоалетната зад бара, абсолютно никой не си взима душ преди да влезе в басейна. Хубаво са сложили пясък под шезлонгите и маси на зелените площи, нооо всички влизат в басейна с мръсни крака. Никаква мисъл не е вложена от гледната точка на хигиена.
Не бих посетила повече☹️

Гарний готель для відпочинку, для транзиту не дуже вдале розташування
Pros:

Готель розташований в парковій зоні. Якщо їдете проїздом то слід врахувати, що готель розташований в глибині міста. Гарна територія з бассейном. Оерема подяка кухарям за смачну вечерю. Все сподобалось особливо якщо їдете не на один день, а для відпочинку на декілька днів.

Excellent wildlife hotspot
Pros:

Firstly for me, the location. Sat in the middle of Kaylaka Park this is a real find for nature lovers. Amongst the wonderful wildlife finds in the area were black woodpeckers, lesser spotted woodpeckers, boreal owl, 2 dice snakes, European tree frog, green toads, little bittern etc.
The hotel itself is classy, clean and well equipped with large pool and an excellent restaurant. Staff always polite and helpful. Quality hotel at a good price.

Cons:

The pool can get rather busy and noisy in an afternoon as day trippers arrive from Pleven. Also very disappointed to be told that the incredible Chertoga bar can now only be used for private parties!!

Pros:

A lovely hotel with aristocratic architecture. What impressed me most were the young, friendly, and smiling people working there. The breakfast was good; it is charged separately, but it is reasonably priced. The restaurant menu is interesting, and the food is very tasty. The swimming pool is large and offers a beautiful view.
