Плюсове и минуси
Pros:

Големината на басейните е доста прилична, джакузито е разположено на много удобно място спрямо басейна вътре, персонала беше отзивчив и усмихнат, което за мен е много важно. За чистота бих дал 10/10 на басейните и 8/10 на стаите. Температурата на водата беше много приятна и на външният и на вътрешният басейн. Паркинга е удобен и голям. Закуската беше богата и вкусна, но ако сте с малки деца ще има затруднение в избора на храна за тях, но за сметка на това има къде да играят деца и определено няма да им е скучно. Посещавал съм Огняново няколко пъти, ако се върна пак със сигурност ще бъде в Хотел Парадайс. За момента това е моят избор там.

Cons:

Не ми хареса това, че в периода на моят престой там имаше работна бригада, която обновяваше и работеше по-един от плувните басейни от много рано сутринта. В стаята ми работеха само нощните лампи.

Моят фаворит за спа хотел в Огняново,удобни стаи с тераси с хубава гледка.Много чисто и поддържано,всеки ден сменят кърпите,а на 4тия ден смениха и чаршафите и халатите!Чисти и хубави минерални басейни,джакузита,изключителна градина с палми и красиви цветя-красота!Любезен персонал и също така просторен с много цветя и естествени и изкуствени цветя декориран ресторант!Има и голям паркинг с доста места.

Големия басейн беше в ремонт и не бях а ме уведомили преди да пристигнем! Закуската беше оскъдна и еднообразна !

Хорошая СПА зона, чисто. Большой внутренний бассейн с горячей водой и один уличный с теплой. Жалко, что второй большой бассейн на улице был в ремонте. Красивая природа вокруг. Удачное расположение.

Cons:

В номерах пора делать ремонт. Ковровое покрытие на полу грязное и от него неприятный запах в номере, который не выветривается. Завтраки очень скудные.

Recomandam. Un raport calitate/pret foarte bun.
Pros:

Am mai fost oaspeti la acest hotel si am revenit, ceea ce reprezinta confirmarea calitatii hotelului. O gradina frumoasa si foarte ingrijita, mic dejun bun, curatenie si nu in ultimul rand apa minerala. Surpriza a fost numarul mare de oaspeti pentru extrasezon in mijlocul saptamanii. Inca o confirmare a calitatii hotelului. Consideram clasificarea la 3 stele insuficienta, este de cel putin 3+.

Cons:

Wi-fi foarte slab. Nu cred ca investitia pentru o conexiune buna ar fi foarte mare.

Престоят ни беше великолепен. Много уютна и спокойна атмосфера, ресторанта е фантастичен, персонала е любезен и отзивчив. Градината- разкошна. СПА зоната е перфектно организирана и чиста .

Голяма стая,тераса с арка и гледка към басейните, хубав СПА център, вкусна храна.

Cons:

За кафе трябва да се слезе до ресторанта,няма машина за капсули в стаята! Водата от чешмата е минерална и не може да се използва,но с купена от магазина ще стане!
