Локацията е повече от перфектна - почти на централната пешеходна и на 5-10мин. пеша от моста Мустафа паша.Разполога с паркинг. Персоналът е мил, любезен и отзивчив. Стаята ни беше апартамент - хипер удобен, чист и модерен. Закуската е много добра. Благодаря ви. 😊

Por lo demás el hotel está bien.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Hygiene war top. Alles Super Sauber. Man hatte alles da was man benötigt. Zum Frühstück gab es einen Großen Teller mit : Fett Käse, Oliven, 2 Scheiben Hähnchenbrust, 2 Scheiben Toastkäse, 2× Marmelade, 1× schokocreme, Butter, Tomaten und gurken. Für uns vollkommen ausreichend gewesen. Waren auf der Durchreise und haben uns dort nur ausgeruht. Würden es aber definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Даже на одну ночь больше не остановимся.
Pros:

Видно, что отель старались сделать с душой, камень, дерево, хорошая ванная комната.

Cons:

Отель не принимает оплату картой, просят только наличные, хотя в описании указаны все доступные способы оплаты.

Не выдают чек, фактуру за прием наличных денег.

Частного паркинга нет, только уличная парковка.

В номере было очень грязно, все в длинных черных волосах, особенно кровать. Одноразовые туалетные принадлежности были использованы до нас и остатки поставили нам. Грязный пол с клоками волос и пятнами.

В комнате нет чайника, надо просить его на рецепции.

За собаку доплата 25 евро. В эту цену ничего для нее не предоставляется.

За цену 100 евро ночь (с животным) это было слишком неприятно.

Horrible experience
I arrived at this hotel with my dog and checked in. The receptionist was clearly unfriendly from the beginning. After a short nap, I went out for dinner, and she suddenly stopped me, saying, “By the way, you have to pay 50 leva for the dog.” I was shocked — that’s half the price of the room — and told her she should have informed me during check-in.

When I came back later, she insisted I pay immediately. I explained I had no cash and they didn’t accept credit cards, so I would pay at check-out. Later, while I was in my room, already in my underwear and falling asleep, she came with another woman and demanded payment again. I told them we would settle it at check-out. Their response? “Pay now or we call the police.”

They actually called the police. When the officers arrived, they clearly didn’t know what to do. The receptionist then told me if I didn’t pay immediately, I had to leave. I said I would rather leave this hotel and asked for a refund — they refused. I left without a refund.
