Always a pleasant stay!
Pros:

Great location! Fantastic view. Our favourite hotel in Burgas and Black Sea coast.
The view absolutely worth it. Unbeatable!
The staff is so helpful, polite, always with positive attitude.

Cons:

Nice modern hotel. Our room was facing straight at the docs / and the hotel is built at the place of a former dock 5 of Burgas.
The breakfast is always so good, plenty of choice and if you ask for something the staff is absolutely helpful and so friendly!
They always have options for vegan, for non gluten etc diets, good quality coffee and lovely views and pleased atmosphere also from the restaurant.

Pros:

Прекрасен хотел с уникална локация. Стаята ни беше с гледка кум морето и усещането беше невероятно. Просторна, уютна, модерна и чиста стая. Много вкусна закуска, любезно обслужване, лесен достъп до прилежащи ресторант и нощно заведение. Препоръчвам!

Alles im Hotel war top.schönes modernes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Personal halt schon sehr arrogant.
Was sehr schade war ist das man zweimal für den Parkplatz bezahlen musste. Hatte zwei seperate Barrieren. Beim rausfahren jedesmal ein disaster. Totale Abzocke. Sehr teuer!

İyi başlangıö kötü bitiş.
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok güzel bir yerde. Odaları çok temiz ve ferah. Odanızın olduğu kata sizden başka kimse çıkamaması oldukça güzel bir güvenlik önlemi.

Cons:

Odalardaki yatakları çok kalitesiz. 2 gece konakladık ve sabahları dayak yemiş gibi yataktan kalktık. Çift odalı suit odada kaldık. Odanın her ikisinde de tekli yataklar birleştirilmiş şekildeydi. Bu bize çok saçma geldi. Normalde bir odada çiftli yatak diğer odada tekli yataklar olmalıydı.
Yastıklar kafanızın altında adeta kayboldular. O kadar küçüktüler ki bebek yastığından farksızdı. Yorganlar da aynı şekilde bebek yorganı gibi , yatağa yattığınızda ya sırtınız açıkta kalıyor yada ön tarafınız.
Tv kanallarıdan alman, rus ve tabi ki bulgar kanalları vardı. Türk kanalının olmayışı çok saçma geldi.
Resepsiyon personelinin ingilizce dil seviyesini geliştirmesi gerekiyor ne söylediği nede ne anlatmak istediğini defalarca tekrar etmesi gerektiğini dile getirdik.
Kahvaltı dahil konaklama aldık. Kahvaltılar deco5 restoranda veriyorlar. İlk sabahki kahvaltı olabildiğince açık büfe tarzı yapmışlar. Buna anlayış gösterdik çünkü bulgar kültüründe kahvaltı bizdeki gibi geniş bir yelpazeye sahip değil zaten. Fakat 2. günün sabahında ki saçma fix menü kahvaltı berbat ötesiydi.
Ayrıca odalarda içmek için hiç su yoktu. Bugüne kadar kadığım tüm otellerde ya 1 adet 1litrelik ya da 2 adet 0,5’lik su bulunurdu fakat bu otelde 1 bardak su yoktu maalesef.
