Pros:

Отсядаме във вашият хотел за пореден път .Всичко беше прекрасно както сме очаквали .Персоналът учтив и любезен от младите девойки в ресторанта ,момичетата които почистваха стаите до усмихнатите хора на рецепцията .Храната в хотела разнообразна и вкусна. Лятната градина беше чиста просторна с много маси и столове ,прекрасно прохладно място във всеки час от деня .Басейна и съоръженията се чистеха всеки ден от персонала .Хигиената е отлична .Това е прекрасно местенце в Балкана ,което моето семейство е открило и с удоволствие го избираме за бягство от ежедневния ден и натовареност.

Nice location, poor management and maintenance
Pros:

The location and the pool with mineral water. The breakfast really good - also the restaurant

Cons:

The maintenance of the room- bathroom door was damaged ( can’t close it), one of the sockets outlets almost removed from the wall( it was causing sparks and tripping the AC unit)

Pros:

Great location. The staff was very friendly. The food was tasty.
The pools and djakuzzi are available 24/7 to use which is great and they have natural hot water.

Cons:

The djakuzzi and hot pools could be cleaner, there were leaves and dead bugs inside. The main pool was in construction but we were told about that in advance so it wasn't a problem.

Pros:

Delicious food and kitchen and restaurant staff!
Clean pool with perfect and hot mineral water.

Cons:

No heating maintenance, resulting in overheating and no sleep. Huge bed in a small room

Хотелът е много красив, басейните са топли и приятни, а храната беше изключително вкусна.

Cons:

В стаята имаше доста прах, а възглавниците са прекалено големи и неудобни.
Разбирам мерките за сигурност, но заключването на всички входове вечер (и отключването им сутрин) създава неприятно усещане за ограничение.
