Pros:

Очень милый отель, не в первый раз, уже бывала. Стало лучше после ремонта. Великолепная кухня ресторана, с приемлемыми ценами.
Хорошие кровати. Чисто. Хороший большой бассейн и джакузи, особенно с видом, просто сказка.

Cons:

Завтрак бедноват.
И главное и единственное, что не понравилось - то что в минеральной воде хлорка. Везде. И даже плавает
поплавок с хлоркой.
Это означает, что воду почти не меняют , особенно в джакузи и в горячей ванне.
Раньше такого не было, последний раз была в июне этого года. Тогда воду в джакузи меняли каждый день...
Это очень сильно испортило отдых. Потому что теперь минеральная вода, уже совсем не минеральная, а просто горячая вода с хлоркой.
Жаль...я ехала именно за этим.

Персонала супер любезни

Cons:

Намерих косъм в обяда и вместо да получа нова порция ми се извиниха със десерт( когато си гладен обядваш десерт) Няма асансьор в хотела нито някой да помогне по стъпалата до 4 ти етаж,след полунощ се пееше на микрофон и силна музика,няма как да си почиваш защото стаите са точно там.

Любезен персонал, хубав СПА център, топъл басейн, добър ресторант с вкусна храна.

Cons:

Хотелът, басейнът и ресторантът бяха пълни с ромски фамилии.
