Уютно,комфортно,тепло.Тихо,спокойно, ночью никакого шума. Красивый вид из окна. Частный паркинг около отеля. Гостеприимные и приветливые люди,которые вас встречают на рецепции. Вкусный кофе. Ещё нам подарили пирожные к кофе, это очень мило! Спасибо!!!

Останахме изключително доволни от престоя си в хотела! Още при пристигането ни посрещна усмихнат и внимателен персонал, който се погрижи за всяка подробност. Стаята беше просторна, безупречно чиста и с всички удобства, които бихме могли да пожелаем. Леглото беше комфортно, а гледката от балкона – просто прекрасна. Закуската беше с пресни и вкусни продукти, а ресторантът предлагаше и чудесна вечерна кухня. Локацията на хотела е отлична! Най-много ни впечатли вниманието към детайлите и топлото отношение на целия екип. Определено бихме се върнали отново и горещо препоръчваме този хотел на всеки, който търси комфорт, качество и гостоприемство на високо ниво!

Pros:

We wanted to go to Vitosha hill. The cablecar is approx. 1 km from this Hotel. I have asked about how the cablecar works, etc. Lady called to some phone number where she checked the situation, but unfortunately the cablecar is not operating due to some moderinzation. But she found us a public transport - bus, how to go to Vitosha, She shown to us which line to use, where is the bus stop, where we can change the bus to another line and travel up to the hill. Also where to buy tickets for a bus. Additionaly to that, they prepared breakfast both days, so this was nice, of course we paid for that.

Cons:

Everything was OK. I recommend this accomodation.
