The perfect luxury vacation hotel
Pros:

The best hotel we've stayed at on the Black Sea coast. The service was exceptional: from the Hotel Manager welcoming us upon arrival to the reception, the restaurant staff and the beach host. The studio we booked was extremely spacious and modern, with a large terrace with amazing sea view. The private beach is located in a secluded gulf, the water was crystal clear. Would love to return to this lovely place.

Cons:

The only thing that can be improved is the gym facility. A bit more equipment is needed for basic workouts.

Pros:

Un très bel hôtel, une situation exceptionnelle, le personnel très agréable, mention spéciale pour la réception et le manager qui nous ont beaucoup aidé lors de notre problème avec notre voiture de location . Un séjour de rêve !

Presque parfait, la nourriture à améliorer !!
Pros:

Le personnel etait très attentif et agréable, la qualité des chambres etait au rendez-vous, très bon mobilier notamment au niveau du lit.
Très propre, notamment la salle de bain.
Il est très appréciable que les parassols et serviettes soient incluses

Le cadre est magnifique.

Cons:

C'est un peu cher par rapport au service.
Le personnel nous a conseillé le restaurant Nemo, au pied de l'hôtel. Nous y avons été et l'expérience était catastrophique... En plus d'être horriblement cher, la qualité de la nourriture etait exécrable, c'est la pire expérience de restaurant que nous avons fait en Bulgarie.
De plus, le petit déjeuner était également au Nemo, et sans surprise c'était de mauvaise qualité : saumon qui n'a pas l'air frais avec plein de guêpe dessus, les vienoiseries et Banitsa etait décongelée - aucun intérêt.

En résumé, il faut progresser sur la nourriture pour justifier le prix.

Cons:

Le petit dej pas a la hauteur. Voir les cuisines sales depuis la salle du restaurant n'est pas agréable.
Le menage des chambres est mal fait.
Le rapport qualite prix est pas bon du tout.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem Strandhotel
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Schwarzen Meer ist ein Traum. Der schöne breite und lange Strand von Kavazite gewinnt sofort unser Herz. Der Service Getränke und Essen am Liegestuhl zu bestellen hat uns komplett überzeugt. Das ist eine tolle Sache. Auch das Restaurant und das Personal sind hervorragend. So muß Urlaub sein.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer war defekt. Wenn das im Hochsommer passiert, dann ist der Urlaub weniger schön. Auch die Schranke auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz funktionierte nicht. Wir waren in der Vorsaison. Eventuell wurde es bis zur Hauptsaison repariert.

Pros:

Гледката от стаята беше много хубава. Служители бяха усмихнати и услужливи.

Cons:

Ниско качество на закуската. Пълна с полуфабрикати. Сирената и колбасите всяка сутрин бяха оставени с отворени капаци и хиляди мухи бяха накацали отгоре. Стаята беше тясна без гардероб само една отворена ниша наподобяваща гардероб. Не беше перфектно чисто. Миналата година ресторантът беше перфектен и в качество на храната и в професионализъм на служителите. Тази година този ресторант Немо за мен е пълно разочарование.
