Ужасно място
Cons:

Това беше най-ужасният хотел,в който някога сме отсядали! Беше толкова мръсно… трохи навсякъде,хавлиите имам чуството,че бяха използвани,имаха жълни гнусни петна…калъфките на възглавниците също. Дори по завесите имаше съмнителни петна с коричка…чашите не бяха мити поне от една година!
Сутринта,когато тръгвахме се оплкахме,а единственото нещо,което получихме,беше да не заплащаме закуската от 10 евро като компенсация да се отсрамят “по техни си думи”

Pros:

Има всички удобства за едно приятно изкарване. Отзивчиви и любезни хора на рецепцията. Наблизо има магазини, кафенета и ресторант Леон( много вкусна храна, обедно меню ) Закуската в ресторанта също е добра.

Pros:

Локацията беше идеална за над, според повода по който бяхме в Габрово - посещение на Музея на хумора и сатирата, Етъра, посещение на Бузлуджа и Шипка. Точно срещу хотела имаше и детски кът, за щастие на детето ни. Персоналът беше изключително отзивчив и усмихнат, а хотелът чист, леглата удобни, закуската прясна. Бих препоръчала и посетила отново.

Cons:

Всичко ни хареса, за тези пари беше даже повече, отколкото очаквахме.

Good stay for a fine price, 24/7 reception and responsive
Pros:

The property was quite fine for its price. I really liked that their reception is 24/7 and they responded to my message after 12 am. Staff was friendly and welcoming. For its accessibility and price it was pretty well.

Cons:

There was a bad smell from the bathroom ventilation for which my score is lower.
