Пътувахме от далече с дете със 100 процента увреждане. Чухме се със собственичката, че съм спяла да го нахраня в близкия град, защото в селото няма къде и ще закъснея 20-30 минути, като помолих предвид ситуацията да ни разберат и да ни изчакат. Това и е работата, да обслужат клиентите си и да ги изчакат. Път време няма! Може да спукаш гума, децата ти да повръщат. Всичко може да се случи. На път към хотела разговарях със съпруга ми, защото третото ни дете е болно и му давах наставления какви лекарства да му даде. По време на разговора госпожата ми е позвънила два пъти и когато не съм вдигнала на момента, тя решава да ми блокира номера без обяснения, за да не мога повече да я търся. Това е недопустимо! Това аз го разбирам по-късно, когато в 10:30 се опитвах след много чакане и звънене пред хотела да се свържа с нея. Получих и съобщение, което гласеше да си гледаме общо взето работата и че няма да ни чакат. Помолихме за 30-40 минути разбиране. Така с дете със 100 процента инвалидност, сама жена се озовах на улицата посред нощ, на 4 часа път от дома, смазани от умора. С платена предварително резервация. “Чудесно” отношение към клиентите имате! Това не само не е професионално, това е нечовешко! Да оставиш дете инвалид и сама жена да бедстват на непознато място. Може ли да обясните на дете, което е с такова увреждане и не говори и не разбира защо майка му го влачи часове наред посред нощ, търсейки подслон! Места за съжаление не намерихме никъде другаде. Кармата ще намери начин да си вземе това, което ни причинихте тази нощ…и на мен и на детето ми!
