Pros:

Стаите са големи и топли,храната в ресторанта е вкусна и на добра цена.

Cons:

Стаята и банята не бяха чисти/ под леглото и масата имаше мъх , прах и коса/. В банята нямаше течун сапун/шишетата бяха празни/.
Закуската е бедна , кафето не е хубаво и в ресторанта не се сервира хляб.

Pros:

Комплексът е добре изграден, помислено е за всички удобства на гостите. Отоплението беше на ниво. Гозбите в механата бяха много вкусни, цените конкурентни, а персоналът много дружелюбен и отзивчив. Определено ще посетим отново това хубаво местенце:)

Персоналът е приветлив, закуската и като цяло храната в механата е изключително вкусна.

Мебелите, в случая леглото беше доста скърцащо и матрака не беше особено удобен.

Хотелът е хубав. Въпреки, че е спа комплекс не работеше нито една от предлаганите услуги
Pros:

Мястото е с хубава гледка. Персоналът е учтив

Cons:

Хотелът е единствения спа комплекс в Жеравна и съответно и стаите са по-скъпи с 30-40 лв. спрямо другите на това място. Не работеше нито сауна, нито джакузи, нито парна баня. Мисля, че в такива случаи е необходимо като жест към гостите да с епредложи малък жест като безплатно кафе на закуска или подобно.

Много приятно място, чисто, поддържано, а храната в механата- супер вкусна.

Cons:

Не ми хареса това, че е обявено като спа, а джакузито не работеше и всяка спа дейност се заплащаше

Very relaxing, quiet and disconnected from the busy lives.
Pros:

The staff are very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Just bare in mind they only speak Bulgarian. But Google translate was helpful.
