déception à Zherevna!
Pros:

L'emplacement est la seule chose positive.

Cons:

L'accueil détestable, pas de sourire. Nous avions eu du mal à trouver la maison et j'ai appelé. Le propriétaire m'a raccroché au nez! Le lit n'était pas fait. Au petit-déjeuner 1 crêpe avec un yaourt. J'ai demandé deux café, on m'a regardée avec stupéfaction. Comme j'ai toujours du café soluble j'ai demandé deux tasses avec de l'eau chaude. Nous les avons eu de mauvaise grâce. Le frigo était dégoutant. C'est la plus mauvaise adresse de notre séjours de 3 semaines en Bulgarie. A FUIR!

Hotel typique dans ce village. Le dîner était correct.

Cons:

L'accueil d'une froideur incroyable, pas un soupçon de sourire de tout le séjour. Je pense que notre réservation n'avait pas été prise en compte. La patronne ne savait pas le prix de notre réservation ni si le petit déjeuner était inclus. Impossible de communiquer après plusieurs tentatives. La chambre très sombre, le drap pas mis en place. Le petit déjeuner est composé de 2 biscuits maisons et d'un verre d'ayran qui sont très bons, mais on aurait aimé des explications sur ce que c'était. Savoir si il y avait autre chose après, un café ? Non rien. L'accès à l'hébergement n'est pas simple et encore moins en moto, très périlleux. Le jour du départ il pleuvait énormément on a demandé si on pouvait nous prêter un parapluie pour charger la moto, réponse NON.
Il a fallu descendre la moto à vide puis remonter chercher les bagages tout ça avec le casque. Bref à fuir

Безкрайно възхитена съм от красотата на това великолепно кътче в България. Удовлетворена съм от перфектното обслужване в механата, от вкусната храна, от уюта на хотелския комплекс, от гостоприемното и топло отношение на персонала. Препоръчвам на всеки един от вас, който търси подходящо място за отдих и почивка, да посети това приказно местенце през всеки един сезон на годината. Отидохме като гости, но ни посрещнаха и ни изпратиха като приятели! БЛАГОДАРЯ ВИ!!!🥰

Pros:

Un jardin très agréable pour se détendre et un restaurant proposant de délicieux plats à des prix très raisonnables.

Cons:

La chambre manquait un peu de luminosité et le chemin en pierre rendait l'accès en voiture au complexe plutôt difficile.

Чудесно място за почивка
Pros:

Прекрасно място, чисто, добре поддържано, тихо и спокойно, храната е много вкусна и прясна, а и цените ще ви харесат много. Отидохме като гости, а си тръгнахме като приятели. С удоволствие ще идем пак.
