El diseño del hotel, la naturaleza y una perrita muy bella llamada Bella.

La mayoria del personal en el restaurant, piscina, andaban obstinados como que les molestaba que le pidieras/ preguntaras algo. En el restaurant, la mujer mas mayor que trabaja como mesonera, tenia una cara de perro siempre, obstinada, cuando le preguntaba algo me contestaba de mala manera, ayer iba a pagar dos helados con tarjeta porque no tenia efectivo y practicamente me regañó porque iba a pagar con tarjeta doa helados. En la piscina, todo un desastre: los paraguas por los aires porque nadie del personal del hotel llenba de agua la base, para que trabajaran bien, un chico que trabajaba en el bar de la piscina ni se movia, solo viendo el telefono y ayer Domingo 16 en la mañana, una chica con franela negra y short que comenzó a trabajar en el bar de la piscina en la mañana, se acerca a donde me voy a sentar a tomar sol y me dice, de forma muy despectiva, que 15 sillas son reservadas para los huespedes del hotel y que buscara otro lado, y yo le digo que soy huesoed del hotel desde el Miercoles 12 y continua hablandome de la peor forma posible, luego me ignoró y luego dijo: Ne moga da se razpravya s taya. Burlándose de mi búlgaro, no mostrando ningún tipo de respeto y ademas despues se fue a burlar de mi con el chico del bar. Le dije a alguien que parece su supervisor, me dijo que la chica se vendría a disculpar y nunca vino! Mas bien seguia con su actitud altiva y arrogante. Me sentí muy humillada, cuando tengo 11 años viviendo en este pais. Deben escoger mejor la gente que trabaja allí, los jóvenes, o darles un curso de Servicio al Cliente!!!

Cons:

Престоя ни в този хотел беше истински ужас. Хигиената е под всякаква критика – навсякъде беше пълна мизерия.
Храната беше поднесена с огромно закъснение, въпреки че в целия ресторант бяхме само две маси. След дългото чакане се оказа, че храната не просто не струва, а е абсолютно ужасна и не става за ядене.
Изключително лошо менажиран обект и липса на каквото и да е уважение към клиентите. Никога не бихме се върнали отново и горещо препоръчвам на всеки да го избягва!

Персонала е любезен и отзивчив. Съотношението цена / качество - нормално. Като препоръка - да се наблегне на хигиената.

Cons:

Хигиената в хотела е доста занемарена. Не съм претенциозна, но няма да казвам какво имаше на стената в стаята до леглото. В банята има счупени плочки, прозорците не са мити от одавна и разни други дребни неща, но оставят лошо впечатление. На басейна имаше счупен шезлонг. Закуската - стандартна /пържени яйца и кремвирши, домат, краставица, банички, които май бяха от замръзените, не бяха вкусни/.

El espacio en las habitaciones y que era tranquilo

Cons:

La actitud de algunos trabajadores, la falta de limpieza, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, por lo que hacía mucho calor en la habitación, la falta de accesibilidad, ya que hay escaleras por todas partes, el desayuno muy sencillo y repetitivo, el olor a tabaco en las instalaciones y la sauna no funcionaba. Reservamos 4 habitaciones y dos de ellas no se podía estar, ya que los colchones estaban en mal estado y el baño olía muy mal. En definitiva, hay hoteles alrededor que por un poco más de precio ofrecen una mayor calidad.
