Хотелът е с отлична локация в близост до спирки на градски транспорт и метрастанция.
Модерен, чист и уютен хотел, с любезен и усмихнат персонал и чисти, модерни и просторни стаи.
Закуската е богата, прясна и разнообразна.

Instalaciones de aire acondicionado ruidosas, recepcionista a su bola y management poco fiable

Cons:

No me gustó el ruido de la instalación obsoleta de aire acondicionado. Llegué a mediodía en una tarde calurosa en Sofía y me asignaron una habitación en la última planta. Cuando quise echar una siesta para descansar noté que había un ruido de aire acondicionado que no acababa de cesar. Probé a apagar el sensor de temperatura de la habitación pero el ruido continuaba por el techo, supongo porque las máquinas de aire estaban a tope. Lo dije en recepción, me ofrecieron otra habitación que tenía el mismo nivel de ruido. Les dije que quería descansar y no había problema en marchar a otro hotel y que me hicieran devolución. Me dijeron que vale, que hablarían con Booking. Me marché, no hablaron con Booking y además se niegan a hacer la devolución porque dicen que me solucionaron el problema. Así que el recepcionista al que tuve que esperar en el check-in porque estuvo al teléfono durante 10mins, además me mintió sobre la devolución.

Staff excellent. Courtesy bus, fantastic service, driver very friendly and informative.

Cons:

Was very disappointed with breakfast.. No fresh juice. Only one coffee machine working. Not the best breakfast we've had.

great value for the money.
Pros:

room was huge. it was very clean and modern. bad is very comfortable. bathroom has all necessary amenities. big and free parking lot. easy check in and check out.

Cons:

breakfast could be better. i dont like deposit they take upfront. i dont know when it will be returned.
