great transit stop to Greece. free secure parking, spacious room, clean, minibar, good breakfast, very nice garden.

Cons:

restaurant was closed on evening, but we could order food online, the receptionist was very helpful to assist us.

Great location and comfortable room, but poor cleanliness and service
Pros:

The room is really spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the shopping centre and the metro.

Cons:

Our room key repeatedly did not work, but the receptionist did not seem particularly concerned about it. The receptionist was unhelpful and uncommunicative. We also found someone else’s dark hair in the bed/on the bedsheet, which we consider very unacceptable and rate very negatively. The walls in the room were dirty, and the overall cleanliness needs improvement.

Удобна локация, има паркинг и денонощна рецепция, което улеснява настаняването.

Много лошо впечатление прави управата на хотела. Още с пристигането, веднага ти искат картата за да ти вземат още 15евро, които се връщат. Да, ама не. Дори след няколко обаждания парите така и не бяха възстановени, което е направо смешно за такъв хотел, предвид сумата. След взимането на допълнителни пари са все толкова изчерпателни, единствено ти казват кой номер е стаята и до там. Няма да те попитат за номер на автомобил, за да го впишат, няма да кажат за закуска, за удобствата на хотела, за това, че не можеш да използваш техния ресторант...
