Location is convenient, right by the metro. The free shuttle is also great and did arrive bang on time.
During check-in, we were given a lower standard of room than we paid for and the customer service wasn't great to get that fixed.
When we did get the correct room, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows poor and worse of all, the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarettes, which got stronger over the evening. The staff at reception did nothing to resolve this and said no other rooms were available, despite there still being rooms available to book online.
In addition to this, the walls are paper thin and we were kept awake by a very loud neighbour and noisy lifts. I have stopped in other rooms in this hotel before and experienced the same issue with noise, so seems to be throughout the building.
Overall the rooms need attention, with holes in the walls, plugs hanging out of the walls and the bathroom was dated.
Whilst the location is great, I'd not recommend stopping here if you value your sleep. A real shame, as on paper the hotel has everything going for it.

Нямаше достатъчно топла вода,за да се напълни ваната. Освен това когато пристигнах вечерта,нямаше никаква топла вода и позвъних на рецепцията. Отговориха ми,че ще проверят и ще върнат обаждане след 10мин. Обаждане така и нямаше. Нямаше никакъв прозорецв стаята,който да се отвори,за да влезе въздух.
Το αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν λειτουργούσε στο ξενοδοχείο ένα μπαρ ή καφέ για να καθίσεις κάπου το βράδυ!
Хороший отель.Приятный интерьер.Чисто. Останавливаюсь в нём уже не первый раз.
Случилась какая-то накладка. В час ночи дверь открыли люди, которых почему-то заселили в тот же номер🫤. Они конечно ушли разбираться и заселились в другой номер,но мой сон пропал.🤦♀️
Impossible de profiter d’un early breakfast convenable malgré ce qui est annoncé, il n’y a pas de restaurant pour dîner ni de room service. Il faut commander à manger le soir et se faire livrer. Les horaires du shuttle vers l’aéroport sont limités et il n’y a pas de commerce à proximité.
