Топло и чисто място. Хубава храна в ресторанта за вечеря.

Cons:

В 08:00 на закуска, и в двата дни, всичко заредено за закуска беше изядено. Луташе се една една дама, която само повтаряше, че била сама и не можела да смогне да зареди. Имах дублирана резервация през Booking, която анулирах, но тази информация беше много трудно разрбрана от персонала на рецепция. Звъняха ми поне 5 пъти, различни Ваши служители в различни дни и на всеки по отделно трябваше да обясня кой е настанен и коя резервация е анулирана. 40 мин от рецепция не усояха да ми издадат фактура, предвид, че сме били и преди Ваши гости.

Локацията, чистота, персонал

Cons:

По- скоро бих препоръчала да се оставят няколко пакетчета нес кафе или да се сложи машина за кафе с капсули, би било още по- удобно за гостите. Само това ми липсваше
