Delicious and rich breakfast, spa with exceptional roman bath and good indoor pool.
Pros:

Very good location, rich on hot mineral water springs, very close to a big ski resort - only 20-25 min travel by car.
The Spa and breakfast makes this best rate price-quality.

Pros:

Перфектна закуска , разнообразна и вкусна. Римската баня е топ.Чистотата е на ниво.

Cons:

Парната баня не работи , в басейна е хладно , ''запазени'' шезлонзи в спа зоната където никой не ляга и се чудиш къде да се настаниш. В коридорите е хладно. Централният климатик в стаята бучи и по никакъв начин не можеш да го регулираш .Или е жега , или е студено. От персонала любезни бяха само камериерките ,момичето на спа рецепция и служителя на паркинга. В банята пода е толкова неравен , че има постоянна локва .Платихме през Booking 384 евро , за нещо което се предлага от хотела за 290. Доста разочароващо и оставя горчив привкус.

Просторни стай, чистота, любезен персонал,вкусна храна

Cons:

Парната баня не работеше , за което получихме възможност да ползваме 10% отстъпка при консумация в ресторанта и лоби бара.Персонала в ресторанта въобще не приложи тази отстъпка и даже не спомена за нея , въпреки ,че тя важеше за всички гости на хотела.Некоректно от тяхна страна

Good nature, good spa and mineral water, very clean facility, very kind and helpfull spa staff
