Прекрасна и уютна атмосфера! Много любезен и отзивчив персонал. Хотелската част, както и спа зоната са изключително чисти и приятни.
Стаите са големи и много комфортни.
Идваме тук всяка година и винаги си почиваме прекрасно.
Закуската е богата и много вкусна.
Кухнята работи с висококачествени продукти и внимание към свсяко ястие.
Ресторантът разполага с добре подбрана винена листа.

Прекрасно!
Pros:

Разположението - тихо и спокойно място, в подножието на Рила. Прекрасна и просторна градина, достатъчно басейни, хубаво СПА. Чудесна храна. Чисто, с усложлив и усмихнат персонал.

Cons:

Солната стая не работеше през целият ни престой. Външнте басейни бяха студени. Поне единият би било добре да е малко по-топъл. Разтегателното легло за детето в стаята беше изключително неудобно. Като цяло, 4-ма души, настанени в двойна стая, не е много добра идея. Цените в ресторанта са много високи.

Това е един от най-добрите спа хотели във България. Персонала е винаги позитивно настроен,ресторанта е на ниво,а басейните супер,има както и за плуване,така и за деца ,а също и римска баня за релакс.Винаги ходим там целогодишно за да се зареждане с положителна енергия!

The swimming pool for the children is great, the spa opportunities, the food in the restaurant and the park in the complex. It was very clean everywhere.

Un séjour agréable et très reposant
Pros:

Très bonne literie! L'eau minérale est exceptionnelle! J'ai adoré le bain romain et le massage pratiqué par Maria!
Le petit déjeuner a été assez copieux et varie!
