разочарование
Cons:

Престоят ми в хотела остави ясно разочарование, най-вече поради сериозно разминаване между заявеното ниво и реалното преживяване. При цена от 370 евро за 2 нощувки очакванията ми бяха значително по-високи.

Стая 200 не разполага с балкон, а климатикът е толкова шумен, че на практика е неизползваем, особено през нощта. Това наложи да го изключим изцяло, което при зимни условия доведе до недостатъчно отопление и сериозен дискомфорт.

Интернетът, който е базова услуга в днешно време, практически липсваше. Наложи се да използвам мобилния си интернет през целия престой.

Банята е компромисно изпълнена – липсата на преграда в душ зоната води до наводняване на цялото помещение при всяко къпане.

Ресторантът като кухня и обслужване е на добро ниво, но атмосферата беше напълно компрометирана от шумна група гости. Липсата на каквато и да е намеса от страна на персонала създава усещане за липса на контрол и стандарти.

В представянето на хотела се посочват 5 ресторанта и бара, докато реално функционираха само 1 ресторант и 1 бар, което е подвеждащо.

СПА зоната не отговаря на очакванията за подобен клас хотел – парната баня практически не функционираше, а в басейна липсваше елементарен контрол върху поведението на гостите, което допълнително влоши преживяването.

Ползваният масаж, рекламиран като дълбокотъканен с магнезиево олио, не отговаряше нито като техника, нито като използвани продукти. Услугата беше на ниво, което не съответства на цената и позиционирането на хотела.

В обобщение – въпреки отделни положителни елементи, цялостното преживяване беше под очакванията ми и не оправдава ценовия клас. Към момента не бих посетил хотела отново и не бих го препоръчал, освен ако не бъдат направени сериозни подобрения както в услугата, така и в контрола на средата за гостите.

Pros:

Близо е до София, което супер, защото дори и за 1 нощувка си заслужава да се отиде. Стаите са доста големи, чисти, персонала е много любезен. Очаровани останахме от храната, която си поръчахме за вечеря в ресторанта. СПА-то е добре поддържано, нямам забележки.

Cons:

Може би единствено ако може закуската да не е до 10 часа, а поне до 10:30, за да не се бърза сутрин :)

Близо до София. Минерална вода. Приятна солна стая. Любезен персонал. Много добри козметични услуги. Удобни легла в стаите. Хубава храна в ресторанта.

Cons:

Залата на “римското джакузи” има сериозна нужда от ремонт - никаква вентилация на въздуха и мухъл по целия таван над главите ни.
