Pros:

Ich bin schon häufiger im Hotel gewesen und bisher sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Diesmal hatte ich economy Zimmer gebucht und auch zum ersten mal auch bekommen. Im Raum 102 kommt aus dem Entlüftung im Bad ein sehr starker Raucher Geruch. Da bei Ankunft auch die Tür offen stand, muß es ein bekanntes Problem sein und das Zimmer wird trozdem vergeben worden, obwohl das Hotel halb leer stand. Diesmal sehr enttäuschend.

Boa tirando a falta de estrutura de wifi.

Ótima localização e equipe atenciosa, mas Wi-Fi terrível inviabiliza viagens de trabalho.

Os atendentes são prestativos e a localização do hotel é ótima, mas a qualidade do Wi-Fi é inaceitável. Se você está viajando a trabalho e depende de uma conexão estável, este hotel definitivamente não é para você. Inclusive, enviei um e-mail formal à gerência detalhando o ocorrido e fui completamente ignorada, sem qualquer retorno.

O pior momento ocorreu quando eu estava apresentando uma conferência online sobre um projeto de um ano de pesquisa universitária: a rede simplesmente caiu e não conectou mais. Ao pedir ajuda, a solução apresentada pelo recepcionista foi um absurdo completo: sugeriu que eu continuasse a apresentação do corredor! É inadmissível que um hotel que vende o Wi-Fi como comodidade falhe dessa forma e espere que um hóspede apresente um trabalho acadêmico sério em um corredor barulhento, com hóspedes passando e uma lâmpada piscando na cabeça. Falta de estrutura e de bom senso.

Cons:

Falta de organização do quarto, cama não era arrumada todos os dias, não era trocado os copos e falta de wifi.

Nice hotel
Pros:

We had a short one-night stay on our way to Greece.

Nice hotel in the center. Not new, but everything is clean, the beds are comfortable.

They don't have a parking, so you need to find a parking spot on the street.
