Pros:

Разположението на хотела е хубаво, има хубава градина.

Cons:

Чистотата и отношението на единият от домакините не бяха на най-доброто ниво, а храната изобщо не бих я препоръчала.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Big private parking lot amongst collapsed buildings.

Cons:

The food, the staff, the building. Just about everything. Most disappointing was the super expensive food. It took ages to prepare, was particularly still frozen when served, disgusting and expensive. The breakfast was a slice of old bread, a slice of cheese and a slice of disgusting ham. The butter was molten had expired about half a year ago. The honey was also expired and like rubber.

Fantàstic !!
Pros:

L’hotel ha tingut millors èpoques però és tota una experiència allotjar-s’hi. Antic però endreçat, còmode i pràctic ha estat una estada còmode, una rebuda calorosa per part del matrimoni que el gestiona i un lloc que repetiria de ben segur.
L’esmorzar és bàsic però suficient i m’el van servir a l’hora que jo vaig triar.
Llarga vida a l’hotel Paradise

Cons:

Li faltaria un xic més de neteja però tot correcte.

Charming but specific
Pros:

The place is very interesting and has interesting history. There is a lush and diverse garden including exotic birds.
For dinner we kept our order to the most simple things and were very satisfied.
The suite was comfortable, exactly as pictured.

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre - two plain bread slices (not toasted), tiny packages condiments (imitation honey, jam, butter), slab of ham, piece of cheese and boiled egg. It took some effort to convince them for a two glasses of hot water.
The male person of the staff is very far from any proper hospitality behavior.
The balcony was VERY dirty, covered in dust and dirt. There was a cigarette stub in the ashtray.
There were spider webs everywhere along with the spiders.
The owner is biased against cyclist and wouldn’t allow us to bring our bikes (clean road bikes) in the room. The offered alternative was supposed to be locked at night but was actually a shed that doesn’t lock.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine.
The setting in grounds was nice

Cons:

Hotel has definitely seen much better days. No staff. It seems to be run by an elderly couple who spoke no English.
We were told we could only have breakfast at 08.00am as couple wanted to go into Harmanli early that morning. Hotel was locked up after we checked out at 09.00am!!!
Hotel was grubby and bsthroom items rusting. Grounds not set up to receive guests. Chairs had no cushions etc
Our room was advertised as having a minibar when only the more expensive balcony suite had one not the normal rooms.
Hotel needs a good clean/refurbishment/staff. It could be lovely!
