On a positive note, the property itself is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Cons:

I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Simple requests were met with irritation, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than valued customers. There was no effort to be helpful or friendly, and basic courtesy seemed completely absent. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of the staff overshadowed everything else, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Хубаво място за почивка.Много учтив персонал,особено в ресторанта. Качествена храна. Просторни стаи. Спа услугите ,басейните,топилата - заслужава си всичко да се изпробва. Препоръчвам с две ръце!

Pros:

Хотелска услуга на изключително високо професионално ниво.Вежлив ,внимателен и много компетентен персонал на всяко ниво-рецепция,ресторант ,стаи.Изключително вкусна и прясна храна ,с добро разнообразие.Чисти отлично подържани басейни и спа зони .Прекрасен двор.Отлично съотношение цена-качество.

Единствено тематичната вечер бе планирана за залата за пушачи ,но при изразено от нас желание ,бяхме преместени веднага ,при това много учтиво в другата зала .Искрена благодарност за чудесното отношение на персонала-изцяло в услуга на гостите на хотела и ресторанта.
