Pros:

Персоналът е изключително любезен, хотелът е огромен и с много екстри, направен и поддържан отлично. Храната беше разнообразна и вкусна, а басейните и спа-то бяха страхотни.

Cons:

Не бяхме разбрали, че след като сме наели спалня в къща, нямаме тераса, имахме обща веранда на долния етаж.

Имат чудесни топила, които са денонощни и това е голямо предимство! Две зони със спа, едното от които е за 18+ и това е предимство за хора , които искат да се насладят на спокойствие и тишина!

Закуската и вечерята е много оскъдна и не на ниво!
За това място с толкова хубава природа и съоръжения на задоволително ниво, изхранването е много зле! Могат да наблегнат на качествена храна , даже и да са два или три вида!

Pros:

place is beautiful. you live like in a garden. Hot pool under the flowers and trees. Food is amazing! Staff were very kind and friendly

Cons:

all saunas were cold. Probably because it was not a season yet in the beginning of may and they had not a lot of people. But hot pool made our stay there amazing anyway

I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Simple requests were met with irritation, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than valued customers. There was no effort to be helpful or friendly, and basic courtesy seemed completely absent. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of the staff overshadowed everything else, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
