Pros:

Стаята беше чиста, момичето на рецепцията мило.

Cons:

Мястото е амортизирано, било е хубаво преди 10 години. Закуска и вечеря с полуфабрикати. Имаше неща предния ден от закуската,които са останали и ги слагат пак личи, че вече зеленчуците не са свежи. Зимата обикаляш в студа по халат за да стигнеш до басейните, които не бяха особено чисти по време на нашия престой януари месец, отделно и водата не беше много приятна, защото беше хладна. Не бяхме особено очаровани, не бихме повторили.

Pros:

Уникално място, супер разположение, стаите са чисти и просторни, персоналът усмихнат и приветлив. СПА зоните са страхотни, чисти и поддържани. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна.

Pros:

The complex looks amazing. It has a charm (especially in the morning with a fog). The food was excellent with many options to choose from.
In the rooms there was a central heating working and the rooms were warm and cosy. In the complex, there is a special,separate room for kids to play. The elevator was available.

Cons:

Rooms in the main hotel were a bit old. Walls were cracked,but it gave a real home vibe

Pros:

Уборка в номерах ежедневная,персонал отзывчивый,питание разнообразное и вкусное.

Cons:

Номера требуют ремонта,телевизоры требуют замены,так как уже очень старые и без опции смарт,холодильник в номере практически не работает и тоже довольно в плачевном состоянии.
Спа зона основная тоже требует обновления,в джакузи был постоянно грязный налет на воде.В термальном источнике так и не покупались,так как большинство времени был закрыт брезентом,достаточно холодный для зимы и выглядит больше как лужа.

Yemekleri oldukca yeterli ve doyurucu. Disardaki sicak mineralli suyu cok keyifliydi. Doganin icinde sessiz sakin bir yer.

Доста кофти преживяване
Cons:

От доста време искахме да посетим този хотел и когато най-после успяхме да го направим, останахме крайно разочаровани.

Основната причина да посетим хотела беше СПА зоната и външните басейни.
Уви те бяха студени, дори вътрешният. Целия СПА център оставяши вкус на хлор след посещенение.

Стаята, в която ни настаниха, беше в ужасяващо състояние и дори опитите за реставрацията и не са помогнали.
Пода беше покрит с косми, лампата беше в паяжини. Във вратата имаше 2 дупки с прекрасна гледка към леглото.
Лирата беше преживяла много и след контакт с нея, ваксината против тетаност е задължителна.

Храната, която ни беше сервирана, е най-отвратителната, която някога съм опитвал.
Бяха приготвили питка, която имаше консистенция на пластелин с пясък.
Добре подредените сарми, най-вероятно останали от коледа и претопляни многократно, бяха сервирани въпреки, че бяха вече прокиснали.
За закуска имаше синееща шунка, вероятно и тя беше останала от коледа.

Персонала беше изключително неадекватен. Готвач без вкусови рецептори, дезориентирани сервитьорки, които просто се шляеха и умело лъжеща рецепционистка.

Като цяло преживяването приличаше повече на посещение на хостел във ж.к. Факултета, а не на 4 звезден хотел.
