Gute Lage, Frühstück ausbaufähig, unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout

Gute Lage, Personal ist freundlich

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt leider etwas schmuddelig, am Teppichboden lag eine spitze Glasscherbe. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein italienisches Restaurant, es riecht im ganzen Haus inklusive Zimmer stark nach Küche/Pizzeria.

Katastrophales Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Die Lage zum Konzert war ausgezeichnet, was aber kein Verdienst des Hotels ist.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft im Vorfeld der Anreise war sehr freundlich und Kompetent durch Frau Nowak!

Cons:

Das kombinierte WC/Badezimmer ist extrem eng, die Dusche nur indirekt über das winzige Bad "beleuchtet". Am WC sitzend stößt man mit den Knien an die Wandheizung.
Kein TV-Empfang! Auf Urgenz wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies die Schuld der Vorgäste sei. Was geht mich das an???
