Niet schoon en de prijs komt niet overeen met wat je krijgt. Het was heel luidruchtig en het stonk uit de badkamer. Het was het bubbelbad maar een kapotte bubbelbad. Het bankje was zo hard dat je niet op kunt zitten.

Pros:

Закуската беше компле - хубава. Не ми хареса, че бяхме предупредили предния ден да е без месо, не бяха запомнили, но въпреки това на закуската след като пак помолих, беше заменено. Както и замяна вместо кафе, да сервират чай.
Местоположението е ва централната пешеходна улица.

Cons:

въпреки, че бях предопредила за предполагаем час на пристигане, като отидохме нямаше никой на рецепция, и след като се свързах със собственичката, се наложи после да чакаме 15 мин. за да дойде да ни настани. Оправданието беше, че ми писала в Booking преди 1 час като съм влизала в Пазарджик, да съм й се била обадила. Въпросът е, че тя можеше да ми се обади, а не да висиме пред хотела.
Оказа се, че не може да ползваме ресторанта за вечеря, защото предлагал само закуска. На другия ден по време на закуска, на едни чужденци на съседна маса им беше съобщено през Google translate че обяд може предварително поръчан да се сервира до 12ч.
Хотелът няма собствен паркинг, както се рекламира. Това беше една от причините, за която го наех и бях посочила, че ще ползвам паркинг. Като попитах къде да паркирам, отговора беше :Ама Вие с кола ли сте? Рецепциятя е на 4 ет. - последният до който стига асансьора, а над него са 10 стаи, до които се стига по стълби - това също е неудобство.
Тоалетната чиния при нанасяне забелязахме, че не е почистена добре.

Локацията на хотелът е перфектна. Беше тихо и спокойно на удобно разстояние от всичко, в централната част.

Cons:

Банята към стаята не беше ок. Сбутата в някакво помещение с огромен скос. Ако си по висок от 1.70 не може да се изкъпеш нормално. Или си удрях главата в скоса или допирах тоалетната чиния. Определено чувството не беше готино. Хубаво е да качвате снимки и на баните, поне да знаят хората каква стая да си запазят.
