Wi Fi war sehr schwach und instabil
I was very disappointed during my stay. I paid for premium room and they gave me standard room. It was supposed to be city view and non smoking. Even the phone line was not working in the room, so there were no room service. Truly one of the worst stays, as they didn’t even want to refund the additional account, since they gave me regular room not premium. The reception said we understand we’re wrong but we can’t refund. First time something like this happens to me to be honest.
