Requested extra bed since my booking was 2 adults and 1 kid 4 years old. I called the reception first, second time I informed the receptionist by myself and left out for three hours then I came back and the bed not arrived and I called the receptionist for three time and the bed did not arrive till I checked out.

Been going to the gulf hotel for over 25 years , the failed book me in so I went with booking .com , they put me in a smoking room with a young family next door meaning I got no rest
They failed to advise me the pool area was close
