بصراحة كان كل شيء جميل و شكر خاص جداً لطاقم الموظفين الاستقبال على اسلوبهم الراقي مع الزبائن والشكر موصول الى طاقم المطعم ودودين و خدومين جداً ويستحقون الاشادة بهم
خدمة ركن السيارة يجب ان يخصصون مواقف خاصة للنزلاء و يكون لزوار خدمة افضل لان لم اجد من يركن لي السيارة وجبرت ان اركن السيارة في مواقف الطوابق الخاصة في قسم الاجنحة و كان ذلك بعيدن علي وشكراً

Location and facilities are excellent, you have every thing you need under one roof with multiple excellent cuisines and lounges, the Sato japanese restaurant was phenomenal, and watching the world cup at sherlock holmes was great. Food was authentic and excellent snd pool staff were accommodating and fast.
Reception can be more enthusiastic and there can be a wait seemed understaffed at check in, but room service and operators were always fast at responding to any issue and request
