Elevador não estava funcionando a 1 semana no hotel, dito isso por funcionários, esse aviso deveria ser dado no momento da reserva para o hóspede decidir se continua ou não. Além disso, o agravante de não ter uma pessoa para ajudar a subir os 4 andares de escada.

Pros:

Café da manhã excelente , mas no Quarto diversos vazamentos no banheiro o no Ar - condicionado . A TV não funciona , pouca opção de canais e sem NETFLIX , sem PRIME - VÍDEO .

Hotel OK para estadia de uma noite. Mas o conforto pode melhorar especialmente se vc precisa ficar mais dias.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionou e o quarto estava muito quente. Pedimos na recepção para verificarem enquanto saímos para um evento, nos deram o feedback que verificaram mas continuou sem funcionar e passamos a noite com muito calor.
Cama meio dura
Pedi um ferro emprestado na recepção e eles não tinham para emprestar, falaram que o hotel não empresta. Isso é nem ruim pois levar um ferro na mala é algo que ninguém faz e ao mesmo tempo, roupas amarrotam em malas. Nunca fui a um hotel que não emprestam um ferro de passar

Bom para quem está a trabalho

Cama, ducha, ar condicionado, iluminação

Cons:

Local do quarto fica do lado de uma das ruas mais barulhentas. Cartão da porta se desmagnetiza sozinho, te obrigando a ir na recepção para liberar
