Pros:

Gostamos do ambiente, tranquilo.
Gostaríamos de agradecer por abrir o espaço para comemoração do aniversário do meu esposo.

Cons:

Alguns funcionários lhe atendem de cara fechada.
Mais fomos bem atendidos na recepção ao chegar nos colocou nos quartos lado a lado , a garçonete Rayssa e E garçon Douglas foram os melhores. Mais o que não gostamos mesmo foi o último dia, dia do nosso Check-out só serviram bolo, e frutas ... se o hóspede quisesse mais algo tinha que pedir para sair da cozinha, tapioca oca, muita massa , além de crua nada dentro só tinha tamanho. A piscina estava com sujeira no fim de semana , limparam na segunda .
Surgiro que Hotel tenha mais informações sobre Bonito, pois os hóspedes ficam perdidos sem saber o que fazer e os dias que funciona as coisas. Tipo fomos ao teleférico na segunda, mais só funciona de quinta a domingo então perdemos. É sobre isso dia de semana não se tem o que fazer. ( nos hospedamos de sábado a terça)
