Pros:

Pousada excelente, adoramos! Tudo limpo e confortável, café da manhã excelente com ovos e tapiocas preparados na hora, tudo fresco. Localização no coração de ouro preto, fizemos tudo a pé. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Recomendo a pousada.

Cons:

Só a cama que era um pouco desconfortável. Apenas esse detalhe, que nao atrapalhou a nossa estadia.

Great location and breakfast, but the room and front desk service did not justify the price.
Pros:

The location was the best part of the hotel. It is close to the main square and the main tourist attractions in Ouro Preto. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The service at the front desk could have been better. The room was very small, and the bed was much smaller than a queen-size bed. I was surprised that hotels still use beds that small.There was also a door in the room that opened onto a narrow service area connected to the bathrooms on the upper floors. Because of that, we could hear everything people said in their bathrooms, which was very unpleasant.For the price charged, the room should have been much better.

Excelente custo-benefício.
Pros:

Localização excelente (pertinho da praça Tiradentes), café da manhã diversificado, equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, quartos limpos e aparentemente reformados há pouco tempo, elevador para facilitar o transporte das malas e proximidade de restaurantes.
