Do edpaço, ele é bem espaçoso.

Cons:

Roupa de cama, mesa e banho. Principalmente roupa de cama. A cama é boa, mas é preciso que o enxoval seja de qualidade, esteja limpo e seja claro. Pelo preço pago achei um absurdo a roupa de cama oferecida. Travesseiros péssimos.

Localização excelente
Pros:

Localização excelente e muito fácil de encontrar. Fica em uma região bem acessível, o que facilita bastante a chegada e a locomoção pela cidade.

Cons:

O estacionamento pede um pouco de cuidado na manobra, já que a entrada e a saída são um pouco estreitas.

Localização excelente, Pessoas da recepção super atenciosas, estacionamento fácil.

Cons:

O apto em si era grande e espaçoso mas precisa de um cuidado especial com detalhes importantes como roupas de cama (o lençol estava furado), as toalhas manchadas e principalmente o banheiro que tinha um péssimo odor de esgoto. Acredito que colocando ralos que fecham e um pouco de cuidado isso seria facilmente resolvido. Tem outros detalhes como cortinas rasgadas mas isso entra na parte dos detalhes. Estar em um ambiente cuidado e aconchegante eh sempre melhor.

Vale pela localização, mas uma pena não fazere um cuidado minimo com o imóvel.

Falta de itens básicos. Não tinha nenhum copo de vidro, apenas duas taças de espumante de plástico. Não tinha sabonete. Toalhas muito velhas e ruins. Apartamento sem manutenção.

Set within walking distance from Copacabana and Ipanema beaches the location is excellent. You can find anything you need. The Cantagalo favela Hill background seen from the balcony speaks a lot about the city

Disappointing. Overpriced. Do not expect sea view nor any flat service. Very basic amenities. This is a private owned flat which offers no service other than those provided by the owner himself. We could not get bed sheets for our kids who were sleeping on the couch. Sheets, utensils, towels are very basic, not what one expects for what is paid. A lot of light in the living room that is supposed to accommodate two in a small couch. TV remote was not working. The flat interphone would receive but not make calls. Only one working lift serving far too many flats throughout our stay. Disappointing

La pileta. Tenían purificador de agua en la cocina.

Cons:

Estuvieron haciendo mantenimiento desde las 8.30 am con golpes de martillo y no se podía dormir .de los 5 días 4 días con ruidos fuertes. El sauna estuvo inhabilitado toda la estadía, pese a que se ofrecía dicho servicio. La cocina era dos hornallas, solo una funcionaba. No reponen ni jabón ni papel higiénico. La ubicación pese a que no es mala.. ,pero no está frente al mar.
