Muy buena ubicación, limpio, cómodo y agradable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Pequeño para 4 personas pero muy cómodo igual. Súper recomendable

El apartamento era cómodo, pero no me enamoró y quizás tendría que ser un poco mas barato.

Location is perfect. The building is very nice .

Cons:

There is basically nothing in the apartment. NO WORKING TELEVISION 📺, they tried to fixed a couple times but never worked . No Sheets , the one in the bed is very small and every time you move you are sleeping in BARE mattress. The sofa bed is very old and very uncomfortable, we the two guys ended up sleeping in the same bed . No Coffee maker, no water boiler ,, the utensils are rusted and old , Cooking pans are very old . ONLY 2 little tiny soap bars ,, never refilled, nothing else in the bathroom.
Those things make your stay somehow Uncomfortable.
Sorry but if I don’t say it , nothing will be improved.

le personnel et la situation géographique

Cons:

L’appartement nécessite un petit « rafraîchissement ». Par exemple : la chambre ne disposait que d’une seule prise, qui n’était pas bien fixée. Les rideaux sont assez usés. Je pense qu’avec une petite rénovation, l’appartement sera digne de 5 étoiles.

Me senti bem localizado, mas totalmente desconfortavel, nao alugo mais com este local.

apenas da localização, que de fato é ótima.

Cons:

Limpeza, ruim, pois é feita aparentemente no chão e banheiro, as cortinas, paredes, utensilios de cozinha estão muito sujos, sem condição, tivemos que lavar pesado para usar, e conviver com as cortinas sujas e fedidas, controle da televisão grudando, e sem contar que estava toda desconectada, tive que arrumar para usar. Os não tinham uma coberta ou lencol extra, sendo que é um periodo frio e viajei com meus filhos, tive que adaptar com uma colcha que tinha. Algumas toalhas de rosto e banho rasgadas, e por sinal bem velhas. o cara da recepção nao fala com voce, nao olha na sua cara e é super mal educado, me deixou falando sozinho em uma situaçao e vi brigando em voz alta com outros hospedes.

Een zeer onhygiënische en onveilige ervaring met een uiterst onprofessionele host die verantwoordelijkheid weigert.
Pros:

Niets. De staat van de accommodatie was onacceptabel en voldeed op geen enkel vlak aan de basisvereisten voor een veilig en hygiënisch verblijf.

Cons:

De hygiëne was ver ondermaats: er was sprake van schimmel in de douche, bevlekt beddengoed en gordijnen met wat leek op bloedvlekken. Daarnaast werkte het warme water niet en waren er duidelijke beschadigingen aan muren en plafond. Toen ik de host hierop aansprak, reageerde hij uiterst onprofessioneel en arrogant. Hij noemde deze ernstige gebreken "normale gebruikssporen" en adviseerde mij minachtend om in een 6-sterrenhotel te verblijven als ik kwaliteit verwachtte. Dit is geen professionele accommodatie en ik raad iedereen af hier te boeken.

Bom custo benefício, mas merece um cuidado.
Pros:

O apartamento tem um espaço bem bacana, com possibilidade de hospedar até 4 pessoas, com uma estrutura básica boa. A localização é excelente, bem próxima aos principais pontos do Rio.

Cons:

Acho que a acomodação carece de um pouco mais de cuidado. As toalhas estavam bem puídas e a limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor. O banheiro está com um retorno de cheiro de esgoto muito forte. Sugiro avaliar a troca do ralo sifonado do banheiro.

Great location, plenty of room in the unit - lift access
Pros:

Fantastic location right behind Ipanema beach, good access to grocery stores and shops. Excellent staff on reception. Spacious lounge area, and well equipped kitchen - maybe items a little old. Great, hot shower, and air con in bedroom and lounge. Small veranda, with slight sea view, and mountains views. Nice pool, small gym. Easy checkin and good entrance. The property is right at the end of a T intersection but does have a little area for cars to pull up and let you out. Good wifi.

Cons:

The washing machine/dryer isn’t in the unit but in the garage - and we couldn’t get access via the app, eventually we asked reception who advised only Brazilian Credit cards will work - this was quite annoying after several weeks on a tour. The owner offered to come and help but we had already gone out and paid (more) at a laundry service.

Good location, good for a cheap price but not ideal for people who value a lot where they’re staying.
Pros:

Excellent location and good aircon in one of the rooms.

Cons:

Aircon in one of the rooms didn’t work properly, causing really hot days and nights. Moreover, we wanted extra bath towels (for example for a woman to dry her hair) and the owner was unable to provide.
