O local não é adequado para um hotel.Não tem uma área comum. Só um corredor, não tem armário, nenhum cabide. Aparência externa de uma fábrica, bem estranha. Janelas tipo basculante junto ao teto, dando a sensação de confinamento.
Não tem um lobe de recepção, apenas um pequeno painel onde se ouve o funcionário e não se vê nada.

Fica fora da cidade (mas não é longe), e como tem restaurante, para quem deseja jantar e descansar o local não é um problema, visto que o restarurante atende bem por um custo razoável.
