Great place to recharge your batteries.
Pros:

The landscape is breathtaking. The falconry was very instructive and fun. The restaurant's meats exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

It was raining on Tuesday and the Border Collies didn't return to the hotel the next day. In case of bad weather, your visit should be transferred and not cancelled. The bicycles deserve better maintenance, many bicycles had loose steering.
