Apesar dessas insatisfações, os funcionários do hotel são excelentes, muito atenciosos.
Pros:

O café da manhã ficou a desejar, pois pelo valor da diária há outros hotéis na cidade com o mesmo ou menor valor que servem um bom café da manhã com mais opções.

Tranquilo mas pode melhorar
Pros:

Foi tudo tranquilo, atendentes super atenciosos, café da manhã simples mas muito gostoso... O que eu não gostei: a garagem podia ser acimentada, é muito lamacenta, isso faz com que as pessoas tragam muita sujeira para dentro do hotel. Achei a piscina boa, mas os arredores da piscina estão faltando um acabamento. Não gostei também dos hóspedes super barulhentos mas isso não é culpa do hotel.

Pros:

Só não foi pior pq o atendente da recepção foi extremamente prestativo. Eu, esposa e filhos nos coçamos a noite toda. Barata no quarto. Cheiro horrível no banheiro.
