O Café da manhã é excelente.

Nada. Tudo estava excelente. Uma observação seria colocar o café da manhã para as 06:30 no futuro.

Caramba pelas fotos tinha a expectativa de um local novo, mas chegando lá foi decepcionante, quarto com o banheiro TODO mofado, café da manhã de péssima qualidade, estava com um grupo tivemos varios problemas, portas emperraram tivemos q sair pela janela, vazamento de água, falta de cabides para pendurar roupas, atraso da entrega das roupas da lavanderia. Qualidade das toalhas e lenções muito ruins

Pros:

Fiquei no hotel para dividir minha viagem até o Espirito Santo.
Como meu carro estava cheio de itens de valor, gostei do estacionamento que é seguro e em frente o apartamento.

Gostei demais do café da manhã e de ter restaurante / bar no local, assim não precisei ir até o centro para jantar o algo assim.

Achei ótimo custo benefício, pois não é nada chique, mas tem um clima de serra e com uma piscina boa se quiser relaxar.
