Cons:

A pia do banheiro tava obstruída, e o lençol da cama tava Manchado. O check-in só chegou depois das 14 pq cobrei e o atendente ainda foi debochado. Sem contar a demora pra responderem, em todos os canais, ligação não funciona, WhatsApp demoram horrores você preenche um formulário, o sistema solicita atendimento humano e quando esse atendimento chega fica pela metade, o primeiro pediu umas informações e nunca mais voltou, depois tentei novamente 2 vezes e nada, na terceira vez veio o que foi debochado, email nem se fala, me responderam 2 dias depois do fim da estadia com apenas um boa tarde! Já fiquei várias outras vezes e nunca houve isso, dessa vez fui premiado.

Cons:

Só limpam o quarto e trocam as toalhas a cada 3 dias. Achei um absurdo, visto que é um local de praia. Paguei por duas toalhas extras e lavei na lavanderia que tem na rua. Outra coisa péssima: só tem 1 tomada acessível disponível no quarto, a outra é no banheiro e tem a do frigobar. Pra quem tem que trabalhar, não é muito fácil. É bom o hóspede levar uma régua com várias entradas de tomada.

Gostei de tudo. O quarto espaçoso, lençóis limpinhos e cheirosos, banheiro limpo. Localização excelente, perto de restaurantes, academia, padaria, farmácia.

Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado.
