Cons:

O atendimento foi péssimo pelo WhatsApp, já que não tinha recepcionista no local e tudo era virtual, muita demora para me responderem, para entrar no apto foi uma complicação devido estar bloqueada a caixa onde pega as chaves, a pessoa que me atendeu no WhatsApp me passou três senhas erradas, enfim.. Foi um caos

O hotel não informa na reserva do booking que é preciso fazer o pagamento a vista antes da chegada para ter acesso ao quarto. A equipe demorou de me passar a senha para acesso ao quarto, mesmo quitada as diárias.
