Localização, limpeza, gentileza dos funcionários, cobertores otimo, limpos. Espaço otimo. Cortinas adequadas.

Cons:

Falta de tomadas eletricas proximas da cama, so tinha duas tomadas no quarto, uma proxima de uma cama e a oitra embaixo do movel onde estava o frigobar.

O hotel é uma boa opção econômica. A localização é ótima, pertinho da praia, do comércio e restaurantes. Possui suítes confortáveis e limpas. O ar-condicionado funciona perfeitamente, mantendo o ambiente agradável. O chuveiro tem uma ótima pressão e as toalhas são sempre trocadas. No andar térreo há um micro-ondas comunitário para aquecer refeições rapidinho.

O check-in remoto via WhatsApp é superprático para autonomia total, mas o atendimento da recepção virtual falha às vezes, com respostas automáticas genéricas que não resolvem urgências como "minha senha não chegou" ou "estou na portaria esperando". Sugestão: informar claramente que as senhas e instruções serão enviadas só no dia e horário do check-in programado, com alternativa de ligação direta para evitar frustrações e perrengues na chegada.
