Servem o mesmo café da manhã todos os dias, sem alteração cardápio. O restaurante é integrado à recepção do hotel, logo se você ficar na recepção ficará com a roupa com cheiro de comida. O Wifi oscila muito. No penúltimo dia de estadia o cartão desmagnetizou.

Os funcionários em geral muito bacanas. O café da manhã atende bem ao custo benefício do hotel. E a localização é excelente para quem pretende fazer compras na 44, mas se o objetivo for outro, não tem nada muito próximo que dê para fazer sem carro.
Wifi não funcionava no quarto que fiquei e me prejudicou um pouco quanto a trabalho. O chuveiro estava bem ruim, mas tivemos retorno rápido de um técnico que ajustou para que ficasse melhor. As toalhas manchadas, o que gera dúvida se de fato são manchas ou se estavam sujas. A janela dos quartos particamente não abrem, o que torna o ambiente bem abafado visto que o quarto é pequeno. Os elevadores também são bem lentos e um deles está com os botões sem funcionar, o que gera um certo tulmuto.
