Nice, but pricey
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel is that it's right on the beach. The Enseada beach is great for families. It's not too big (you can see from one end to the other) and the water is shallow for a long way, so it's quite safe for children, but a little frustrating for body surfing and swimming. The beach is lovely, but several new buildings being constructed suggest it won't be so lovely soon. The hotel has a comfortable lobby and just outside there's a slightly heated pool that faces the beach. The rooms are small but adequate, with good showers, but tiny toilets. There are no front windows, although there's a varanda on the top floor to observe the beach and view. They have several family rooms - a queen bed and two twin beds, which is nice. The rooms have been up-dated in the 20+ years since I first stayed there. They are air-conditioned and have a clean, modern look.

Cons:

It's about a third more expensive that some neighboring hotels and this time, I didn't think it was worth it. The breakfast has become quite convencional, whereas it had been more diverse and complete. There's a nice set of tables near the pool and in the lobby, where breakfast is served, but if you use them for a picnic that was not purchased from their providers, they fine you steeply (R$250, US$50). That seems abusive.

Boa opção de estadia para amigos e família
Pros:

Localização boa, acesso direto à praia e o que gostamos foi que a hospedagem disponibiliza guarda sol e cadeiras na praia. Os funcionários muito gentis e solicitos, e o café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Preço um pouco elevado na hospedagem

Atendimento de excelência. É muito bom ser recebido por funcionários agradáveis e com um sorriso no rosto.
Deixo aqui o meu agradecimento para o Wagner e equipe.
O bolo de milho da Sandra é maravilhoso, sem contar o bolo de limão, chocolate e os pães.

Achei o valor do sorvete (picolé) um absurdo de caro.
Alguns valores de consumo deveriam ser mais acessível.
A piscina estava morna pra frio, não estava aquecida como no anúncio.
Mesmo com o tempo frio, deveria estar aquecida.

Pros:

Café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários, as moças que prepararam o café da manhã são um amor de pessoas, fomos muito bem recebidas. Gostei tb do hotel fornecer cadeiras e guarda sol na praia, isso facilita muito.

Cons:

Não acho que o hotel tem um bom custo benefício, ele tem pé na areia, mas não tem restaurantes perto para almoço, eu mesmo não costumo passar o dia com petiscos então com isso eu precisava pegar o carro para poder ir fazer uma alimentação mais completa, isso acabava atrapalhando, o hotel também não tem vagas de estacionamento a todos os hóspedes, no final de semana mesmo vc ficando na praia do hotel é necessário deixar a chave para que eles possam ficar cuidando e estacionando os carros

Pros:

A localização pé na areia é muito boa. Tranquilidade. Areia de praia bem plana o mar é calmo e bom principalmente para quem tem criança. Funcionários bem atenciosos, destaque para a Sandra cozinheira do café que é um show a parte.

Cons:

Tivemos dois problemas sérios na hospedagem, um dia a água a noite não aqueceu e estamos em várias pessoas e todos sem poder tomar banho e não tem manutenção 24hs.
Um outro dia faltou água que nos deixou de novo sem banho. E os funcionários ficam vendidos sem saber o que fazer por serem mal treinados e sem culpa. Cozinha mencionam que funciona até 18hs e 15 horas já não atendem mais por falta de funcionário e não tem um gerente para resolver. Muito desrespeito com os hóspedes
