Cons:

o local de café da manhã fica a 200 metros da acomodação. Você tem de se deslocar na avenida pra ir até p café. Isso deveria ser dito no anuncio. Eu não teria aceito. Não havia box no banheiro. Pelas baixas temperaturas na cidade, o chuveiro elétrico não vence. Ou pega um de maior potência ou gás. Não há estacionamento. estacionar o carro na calçada pra mim não é estacionamento. o hotel é apenas um anexo. não há gente na recepção desse anexo. o hóspede fica com a chave do cadeado do portão. (sic) Não quero demonizar o local. São coisas que precisam melhorar e ser claras no anúncio. Nada contra as pessoas que me atenderam. Foram muito cordiais.
