Tive um problema com um vazamento no quarto devido às chuvas, mas a equipe foi ágil e bastante solícita ao atender minha reclamação.

O que mais me incomodou, porém, foi a falta de limpeza durante toda a estadia. Acabei precisando retirar eu mesma esvaziar as lixeiras do quarto (banheiro e entregas de iFood) e levá-lo para uma lixeira maior, pois, caso contrário, as sacolas permaneceriam acumuladas ali o tempo todo.
