Great value, clean, comfortable, stunning views
Pros:

Excellent location, just two blocks away from Largo de Sao Sebastiao. Stunning views of the theatre (rooms with a view charge a little bit more but are well worth it IMO). Comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. Overall pleasant staff—there was a bit of an issue with a guy that claimed my one-night extension had not been confirmed and wanted to charge a higher rate—I politely stated it had been confirmed previously and the rate was lower, no major hassle.

Cons:

I'd definitely return, but:
-A single elevator in a 12-floor building (with excruciatingly slow doors to close, too) is just ridiculous. Forgetting something may mean a delay of 5-10 minutes.
-Dining room is very small. Disposition of tables means you're constantly in the way of the waitstaff coming and going. Plates are really, really small which means more than one trip.
-Soundproofing in the rooms could be better, particularly those closer to the elevator.

Gutes Hotel mit einigen Spuren der Vernachlässigung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, mit guter Dusche, guten Betten und moderner Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht den Platz vor dem Theater mühelos zu Fuß.

Cons:

Die Aufzüge sind in einem erbärmlichen Zustand und das Internet ist keinesfalls high speed, wie angekündigt, sondern maximal snail speed (5-10 Mbit/s).

Localização, conforto, piscina, café da manhã, tudo muito bom.

Cons:

O unico porém foi o elevador em reforma, sobrecarregando o outro. Estava no 10° andar e perdia muito tempo nisso.
