O atendimento no check in e o chazinho disponível na chegada é ótimo!
A academia é excelente, o quarto confortável.
O café da manhã é diverso e com opções deliciosas.
O atendente Roberto nos disponibilizou a venda dos vinhos da adega, vinhos esses de excelente qualidade.
Como é próximo a uma avenida, foi fácil para fazer uma corrida de rua com segurança.
Por ser relativamente próximo à BR ficou bem adequado para o repouso após o Som e Luz em São Miguel.

Cons:

As toalhas não são confortáveis, não me pareceram novas (aquelas que não secam porque nunca foram lavadas) mas parece que foram engomadas em excesso e ficaram duras.

Cons:

Café da manhã deixou a desejar. A estrutura do hotel é realmente impecável. Cuidado em casa detalhe nas acomodações e áreas comuns. Entretanto, embora o hotel ofereça grande diversidade de opções no café da manhã, a qualidade deixou a desejar, pois os mesmos itens foram servidos vários dias. Algumas frutas passadas, bolos ressecados, sucos amanhecidos. Vale um olhar cuidadoso para isso. Talvez oferecer menos itens, feitos dia a dia seja melhor do vários com menor qualidade. Fazendo isso o hotel fica nota 10!

Hotel simples, novo e muito bem cuidado. Atendimento bom e estadia melhor que em muitos hotéis cinco estrelas..

Hotel simples, mas novo e bem cuidado. Quarto limpo, bom café da manhã, e check-in e check-out práticos, sem burocracia. Funcionárias atenciosas e gentis.

Cons:

O que parece ter virado moda em alguns hotéis: mesmo com hospedagem para duas pessoas, é fornecida apenas uma chave do quarto e apenas uma toalha de rosto. Pequenos detalhes que poderiam ser ajustados para maior conforto dos hóspedes.
