Viagem na montanha
Pros:

Tudo bem limpo e confortável. Atendimento impecável. Pão de queijo maravilhoso no café.
Primeira viagem do meu bebê de 3 meses e todos foram super receptivos.

Cons:

Não tenho reclamações. É um valor mais alto, mas eu já sabia disso quando decidi ir :)

Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, funcionários também nota 10, café da manhã muito bem produzido e limpeza ótimos.

Cons:

O hotel tinha uma pequena divergência entre a info vendida na plataforma booking e a info na hora do check in, após uma breve conversa foi solucionado para ambas as partes, nisso teço elogios a concierge Mirella pelo preparo.

Pros:

Um belo hotel no geral, bom café da manhã e bem localizado, mas pelo nível de hospedagem esperava mais.

Cons:

O banho é ruim, demora a esquentar e com pouca água. A disponibilidade de abastecimento elétrico é um destaque, mas são 3 marcas diferentes em locais diferentes, com cobrança via app, poderia ser gratuito, como outros hotéis. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, deveria ser impecável.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, localização ótima.

Cons:

Entrou agua no quarto durante a chuva, encharcou a cama e uma mala de roupas limpas. Pedi refeição no quarto e a comida veio totalmente fria.

Fui com uma bebe e o berço instalado no quarto na tinha colchão e improvisaram com uma colcha, resultado final minha filha não conseguiu dormir nada a noite toda! Da falta de flexibilidade em caso de cancelamento, Imprevistos acontecem, ninguem está livre. E justo na nossa estadia tivemos que sair um dia ates e perdemos uma diária pq o concierge não passou nossa solicitação para frente, Pelo menos ninguém do setor administrativo entrou em contato até hoje.
