Cons:

Sofá cama super velho, desconfortável. A cama também deixa a desejar. Não é oferecido sequer um tapete de banheiro para enxugar os pés.
Elevador do hotel parou duas vezes com a gente. Tivemos problemas no primeiro dia, minha mãe chegou primeiro e não deixaram ela entrar no quarto alegando que era para 5 pessoas e tinham 6. Só que no momento só tinha ela e mais duas pessoas sendo uma criança.Tiveram que esperar todos chegaram para poder entrarem no quarto.(obs: eram pessoas mais velhas e uma criança de 9 anos depois de viajar por 10 horas). Atendimento do hotel péssimo.

Única coisa que em incomodou foi a falta de educação de uma das meninas que trabalha na recepção do hotel :(

Pros:

Apartamento confortável, o clube muito bom, o trenzinho para ida e vinda ao clube sempre disponível muito bom.

Cons:

Só não gostei muito da cozinha do apartamento que esquenta muito por ser na área da sacada e ser cercada de vidro e não ter cortina pega sol diretamente.

Uma Viagem Tranquila...
Pros:

Localização e instrutura ótima.
O trenzinho é muito bom e as crianças ficaram encantadas.
As piscinas do hotel bem quentinhas limpas e com música ao vivo.

Cons:

Acho que a anfitriã poderia melhorar o sofá cama que não é confortável.
Fora isso tudo ok no apartamento que é bem pequeno mais cabe 5 pessoas como descrito.

Pros:

Localização, acesso ao parque Di Roma, TV boa e quarto casal muito bom. O banheiro também é bom e espaçoso.
