Dentro das expectativas para uma viagem a trabalho. Mas acomodaria também sendo a passeio.
Pros:

Quarto com cama confortável, banheiro ok, boa higiene, tudo sempre limpinho. Café da manhã dentro da normalidade, alimentos frescos, organizado, com higiene. Hotel com áreas comuns organizado e limpo.

Estadia razoável, salva pela boa localização, mas prejudicada por falhas e mau atendimento.
Pros:

A localização do Ideal Praia Hotel é, sem dúvida, o principal ponto positivo. Facilita bastante o deslocamento e o acesso à região da praia, o que acaba sendo um diferencial na estadia.

Cons:

O atendimento deixou bastante a desejar. Em um episódio com o funcionário Fernando, ao informar o número do quarto com uma pequena dúvida, ele respondeu de forma ríspida e pouco educada. Além disso, pedi a chave do quarto 105 e me entregaram a do 205, o que me fez subir até o andar errado e tentar acessar um quarto que não era o meu. Tive que descer novamente para resolver, e não houve sequer um pedido de desculpas pelo erro.

O café da manhã também foi frustrante. Apesar de ser servido até as 10h, quem não chega cedo encontra várias opções já acabadas e sem reposição. Para completar, as funcionárias aparentavam má vontade, com pouca simpatia no atendimento.
