Please note:

- Guests at Hotel Marina Flat and Náutica will have access to 1 water park per day according to availability at check-in.

- The park is closed for maintenance on Mondays and does not give benefit when leaving.

- Please note that there are no refunds for early check-outs.

- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

Extrator do banheiro estava obstruído por poeira; o exaustor da cozinha estava muito gorduroso; recomendo para quem for se hospedar, entrar em contato com a propriedade sobre os utensílios de cozinha; um ponto que precisa ser avaliado pela propriedade é a colocação de varal de chão para estender roupas na varanda. O sofá precisa de reforma.

Do atendimento, mas pode melhorar. Apesar de ter sido bom faltaram informações importantes.

Cons:

Não ter mais acesso ao Náutico, lençóis e toalhas bem amarelados, mesmo trocando pareciam sujos, pouca opção no café e almoço, nenhum suco da fruta, brinquedos da piscina infantil o tempo interditado.

A limpeza do hotel estava tudo ótimo, os funcionários todos atenciosos.

Cons:

A gente costuma ir pra Caldas novas pra desfrutar de piscinas quentes e infelizmente no final de semana que fomos as piscinas não estavam agradáveis, disseram que foi problema nos aquecedores más pra gente não foi agradável. Tirando isso foi bom.
