Very good
Pros:

Very modern and clean. Had a gym and pool.

Cons:

No people there, no staff hence the low rating.
Location is awful if you don't have a car.
Dystopian experience, everything is electronic or requires electricity to work. Nightmare in a power failure.
Not environmentally friendly, it's a single glazed glass box.
Lots of lights in the room but not bright enough to read.

Definitely would come back! Excellent hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is different from everything I have seen; it is very techy in all aspects, so you don't have to interact with any staff for pretty much everything - everything is well explained in detail and is very intuitive even for elderly people (my parents). The beds are super comfortable, and everything is extremely clean and well maintained. It is gorgeous! I would definitely come back when staying in Governador Celso Ramos. The neighborhood is quite small, quiet and accessible, and it seems it's growing a lot. The staff is very helpful via chat and answers questions very quickly, also very kind when calling to ask questions.

Cons:

The location is not ideal for enjoying the beaches, as you must drive at least half an hour to get somewhere. Although it's pretty nice being very techy, sometimes you might miss a "human interaction," and having to type a password for everything is a bit overwhelming.
I would suggest that the owners consider a tag/key mechanism after you enter your room and provide a closed parking space.
